Mango Rice

Ingredients:
Long grain Rice-1 cup
Grated Mango-1 cup
Green pepper 4
Chopped Onion-1/4 cup
Gram dhal-1 tsp
Peanuts-2 tbsp
Mustard-1 tsp
Curry leaves-for flavor
Salt-to taste
Oil-1 tbsp
Directions:
Cook rice and allow it to cool. In a sauce pan, heat oil, add gram dhal, peanuts and fry well. Add mustard and let it splits, then add the curry leaves, chopped onion, green pepper, salt and the grated mango. Saute this till mango is cooked. To this add the cooked rice.
