Mexican Pizza

A friend of mine brought a fusion dish to a pot luck at my house last night and I got the recipe before she left...

1 Boboli pizza crust

Top it with salsa and then a layer of cheese

Add corn and black beans

Add sauteed onions, garlic and jalapenos

Then top with one last layer of cheese and bake until cheese is melted.



I think the original recipe called for Focaccia Bread but she substituted the Boboli pizza crust...
