Pork Chops with Potatoes and sour cream

Brown your pork chops or pork loin,
peel or leave the skin on the spuds if you wish too.
Get a baking dish, spray it with pam spray,
Slice Spuds into baking dish, add alittle salt and pepper to them (chop up some onions and green peppers if you wish, and add a hot pepper also)
Take pork chops out of pan and lay then in a plate, for a few min.
Add to the pan where you cook you pork in,
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup or cerly soup
A med. tub of sour cream and some milk or 1/2&1/2 to soup can to clean them out, I add about 1/4 of a cup of mike to each can, stir it all together and then pour over the spuds,
(SAVE SOME OF THE MIXER TO POUR OVER THE PORK)
lay the pork on top and use the rest of the mixer to pur over the top of the pork,
Bake at 350 for 1 hr. it is good, thank you shari/princees2
