Teriyaki Sauce

7 Tablespoons sake
7 tablespoons mirin wine
7 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat; boil until sugar has dissolved. Use immediately or cool and store in refrigerator.

Yields 1 1/3 cups
