FIRST GAME: 

   
Home Team:  1. Pick up and sign out equipment assigned to field:
                            -Includes liners (6-8 cans of paint)
                            -One bag of nets (each bag contains two nets and stakes)
                            -Ladder
                            -Corner Flags
                         2. Line the field
                         3. Give
Nets and Flags to Away Team
                         4. Turn on lights if needed (Note PT light combo is 4111)

   
Away Team:   1. Put up nets and flags that home team brings to the field
                            (note bring your own hammer for the stakes)
LAST GAME: 

   
Home Team:  1. Take down one net & put into the bag with stakes
                         2.  Take down two flags - give to away team
                        
   
Away Team: 1. Take down one net & put into the bag with stakes
                         2. Take down two flags
                         3. Turn out lights (if needed)
                         4. Return and
Sign in all equipment (nets, flags, ladder,  
                                                                              liners, paint)
Where is the Equipment: 

All equipment is stored in the storage locker at Pine Ridge. The metal shed is located at the far right corner of the parking lot.  The shed is locked and you will need the combination to open it (this will be emailed to the team).  To open the lock, turn the dials to the correct numbers and push the lock in and pull it out.  REMEMBER you must sign out the equipment, otherwise we may face a forfeit.   The equipment is color coded by field. Equipment is no longer stored at Polar Tree.
NIGHT GAMES

Equipment needs to be returned within 24 hours.  Be sure to sign it in. 
Miscellaneous: 

Don't leave trash on the fields.

Alcohol is not permited on the fields.

There is a ball pump in the shed. Be sure to moisten the tip before inserting into the ball.

Lost/Found -- Items will be place in a box in the front of the equipment shed. If items are unclaimed by the end of the season they will be removed.
