Henry was an acter. He started in portable theatre and circus. He was with John Edwards and Sam Wild. He went on to legitimate theatre and also was lessee of theatres in the midlands.In the 1860's he appeared on the London stage at the Effingham theatre as the lead roll in Macbeth

Georgiana was an actress,She met Henry at the Theatre Royal, Bolton and they were married within weeks of meeting.Georgiana also performed in portable theatre, circus and legitimate theatre.Her parents were both in the theatre,Her mother danced at Covent Garden and her father was a musician who was a musical director at Drury Lane.
