I am an electrical engineer from University of Chile (South America),highly oriented to commercial and technical areas specially in those ones where to develop my expertise in selling and developing new services and strategies. Enclosed herewith I have posted my resume and some personal information. Enjoy your reading.




1. Accomplishments
- Leading the technological renewal in one of the most important Free Trade Zone in Latin America as Head of Technology Manager - To manage accounts that generated reveenues as many as 15 MMUSD managing three important global accounts (AT&T Latin America, Global Crossing and Entel Chile).
- To coordinate a Latin american projectt in order to maximize the investment done by one of the most important global accounts for the company, countries involved were Chile, Argentina and Peru
- To generate revenues about 1.5 MMUSD, managing add value services and negotiating with channel for selling these kind of services.
- To lead multi professional team (technnicians,IT, billing,etc.) for implementing new services.
- To launch a telephony contest togetherr Nestle that collected as many as 180.000 USD without any advertisement in media and the tag.
- To implement and roll out two nationall campaigns managing commercial, technical and marketing aspects. Both campaigns had a favorable impact and helped the company reinforce its brand presence in the Chilean market.
- To build and roll out a service after a listening process that included a representative number of our long distance clients. The service let companies control long distance calls expenditure and let them define user profiles.
- To lead the initial negotiation betweeen the long distance and mobile subsidiary in order to work in shared projects.
- To lead a bidding process for buying aan add value services platform valued as many as 1 MMUSD.
- To implement technically the followingg services: calling card, collect call, third telephony pays and restriction calls.
- To plan the international CTC Mundo´s network
- To get one of the best qualification iin the project evaluation course by evaluating rural telephony in the north of Chile. This work corrected the model that was used to calculate social price of the time.
- To get the best qualification in the tthesis for applying to the electrical engineer title, with a work named "Technical and commercial specification for purchasing of a Traffic Management System for Telefonica CTC".

2. Job Experience
- Telecommunication Consultant Sales Mannager (Next Comunicaciones)(Since October 2001)
- To promote services in the telecommunication and IT areas, oriented to satisfy a gap of human being resources in those countries where the telecommunication sector will be opened to competence.
- To look for and maintain relationship with other consultant companies that are present in target countries
- Account Executive for Lucent Technologgies (September 2000 - August 2001)
- To maintain the relationship between Lucent and three of the most important global accounts: AT&T Latin America, Global Crossing and Entel (Telecom Italy).
- To participate in global teams in order to get commercial and technical solutions that fit with clients requirements (data (IP, ATM, Frame Relay, Next generation), optical (DWDM and SDH) and wireless (GPRS, GSM))
- To elaborate commercial plans for setting new opportunities in the Chilean and Latin american market.

- Traffic Generator for Telefonica Mundoo (Long Distance Subsidiary) in the commercial area. (September 1999 - August 2000)
- To promote and generate alternative ways of generating revenues by using the carrier code or alternative numbering plan. The way used for getting this goal was implementing technical and commercial add value services, signing contracts with VAR, associating with prestigious massive brands (Nestle). Knowledge of marketing tools was a must in this job position.
- Investigation and Development Product Manager in Telefonica Mundo (May 1999 - August 1999)
- To investigate new products and analyze them technically and economically.
- To manage all of the new products rolled out to the market until the product department took over of them.
- To analyze and define marketing strategies (product, price, promotion and distribution) of the new products.

- Senior Project Manager in the technicaal area in Telefonica Mundo (June 1995 - April 1999)
- To lead and coordinate together with the commercial areas the company´s new projects.
- To manage the relationship with vendors.
- To call tenders for buying new telecommunication pieces of equipment.
- To evaluate technically new projects for being showed to the commercial areas.

- Telecommunication Analyst in the plannning department in Telefonica Mundo (October 1993 - April 1995)
- To analyze and design the internationaal network by considering the less cost for the company
- To evaluate the growth in both networkk and operator platform as well as add value service platform
