The Gabriel Project of Florida

The Gabriel Project works to deliver a message of hope to pregnant women in need, much like the Angel Gabriel delivered His message "Rejoice! Fear not!"

There is a way out.  The Gabriel Project will provide:

A loving and caring environment Emotional and Spiritual support Understanding and concern Immediate and practical help Pregnancy information Community resources Clothing and baby items

How the Gabriel Project helps pregnant women:

Friendship and Emotional Support: Every mother is assigned an Angel, a woman who is responsible for contacting her once a week to see how she doing, find out if she needs anything and just chat. Spiritual Support: Project volunteers pray for the mother and their families.  The parish clergy are available for counseling and each mother and her family are invited to become part of the parish family. Material Support: Diapers, baby clothes, cribs, and other baby items are provided when needed. Referrals: Through a network of other local agencies, referrals are made for services that the Gabriel Project cannot provide.
