If I sound bitter about this, there's a good reason- because I am. As I mentioned, we pay the same money, and then all we are to them is a waste of time and field space. If the boardies had a collective half brain between them, they might be able to realize that in 6-8 years, those little girls they are all so concerned about now are going to be OUR AGE. That's right, boardies! So common sense would dictate that perhaps you should, I dunno- make sure things will run smoothly in the older divisions NOW, so you don't get stuck with a big huge mess THEN? Believe it or not, they don't stay 8-12 forever. Give it a few years, and you'll see what I mean. When you are no longer on the board, and you've been replaced by other people who only care about the 8-12's, then what?
Believe me, there are a million more things I could say hear to indicate how sick I am of the Board. However, I believe I've made my point. In closing, I have one last bit of evidence that proves that the current Board of Directors are indeed worthy of being called 'The Idiots in Charge':
