I hate driving through North Hollywood in the middle of the night because of the jaywalkers. Some ne'er do well running across the street because he is too lazy to use a cross walk. They probably look for the nice cars and run in front of them. I have seen such instances happen in the news. What I dont freaking get is why? Why do damn bastards stroll their fatasses into the middle of the street when thats MY territory. HEY ASSHOLE-YOU WANNA GO THERE? THEN FUCKING DRIVE YOU COMMIE CUM BUCKET. I suppose you're real curious as to why I am so mad. It's simple. Like a safe, good driver, I buy insurance for my car, and what happens if some asshole in all black thinks he can beat my car at night while I am driving the speed limit and he is breaking the law? I get sued, my insurance goes up, my car is damaged, and if it kills them, I go to jail......yeah, thats right, even though i may have been going only twenty miles an hour down the street if some asshole runs in front of me and I dont see him for a number of reasons I am in trouble. Despite all the times the police have found criminals filing fake lawsuits when they were they ones who jumped in front of the cars on purpose. Well, in order to encourage less crime I wanna pass a law. To change the phrase jaywalking to attempted suicide, and also follow suit with making it the pedestrians fault if they are hit OUTSIDE of a crosswalk. I mean if a car is speeding and hits a pedestrian its obvious that the car should deal with the consequences of what it did wrong.... but WHAT THE HELL WAS THE MAN DOING IN THE MIDDLE OF the street? Would that speeding car have hit him? I think not.
