BAPTISM
WATER BAPTISM
Water Baptism by complete submersion in water is a requirement. Baptism is likewise a requirement to become an Overcomer. Water Baptism is an open affirmation of your personal belief in the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. It is a commandment of God.
HOLY GHOST BAPTISM
The Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, is what the Father sent in Jesus which teaches all things and brings all things to our remembrance whatever Jesus has taught to his followers. The Holy Ghost Baptism, with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, is a requirement. Holy Ghost Baptism is likewise a requirement to become an overcomer. Holy Ghost Baptism is an open affirmation from and by Jesus proving He is sitting on the Right Hand of the Father. The Holy Ghost is the power given to enable Christ's' followers to Overcome sin. The Holy Ghost is the Spirit of Truth. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
FIRE BAPTISM
Fire Baptism is unquenchable fire which tries the hearts of men. Every one shall be tested and proven with fire. Jesus came to bring fire on the Earth. Every man's life will be made proven because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's life of what sort it is. If any man's life proves to be worthy, he shall receive a reward of Eternal Life. The Fire Baptism is administered by his ministers who are a flame of fire. God's word is a consuming fire. The trial of your faith is with fire, which we might be found unto praise, honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Fire is the Judgment of God. The Fire will either cleanse you or kill you. Fire Baptism is testing of an Overcomer unto living a Perfect Life.

The views and beliefs of the Bloomington Indiana Gospel Assembly Church do not reflect the same views of all of the Gospel Assembly Churches that are affiliated together with us. We are striving continually for unity of the faith through Jesus Christ our Savior.
