Group Description
The Akazukin Cha Cha
e-group is for the discussion of anything about the anime Akazukin Cha
Cha. Visit here to discuss
anything about ACC
- your favorite characters, episodes, questions; get the latest fanfiction,
news, and views; and meet ACC fans
like yourself. This
e-group was created for The FanStuff Archive. If you have any questions,
please e-mail Tasha or MiaViolet, the
administrators.
Rules for the eGroup
1. Rule About Rules.
For the first three violations of the rules, you will be scolded (aka
reminded) about following them ^_^ and at
the fourth violation
will be suspended from the eGroup. Sorry, but rules are rules.
2. If You Don't
Like the Heat... Absolutely NO flaming. Flamings will be booted off
the list and will have to *really* apologize to the
members before being
considered for return. Inappropriate (hate, adult, etc) messages will be
promptly deleted and their poster
booted off like the
flamer.
3. Subject Tags.
Following are the subject tags:
[ADMIN] Important
messages from the admin you *should* read.
[FIC] For fanfics.
[AD] Advertisement
for your site.
[n/archive]
Don't archive the fic.
3. Fanfics.
Fanfics posted to the eGroup will be put in the vault and included in the
FanStuff Archive (the not yet up home of this
eGroup). If you don't
want us to do this, put [n/archive] in the subject line. If you forget
to do this and suddenly want your fic taken
off... well, ask MiaViolet
or Tasha nicely, since rules are rules and if you violate them often enough,
you'll get scolded or worse...
^_^
4. Not-very rule.
Personal messages (meant for only one person) should be e-mailed personally.
I know I was one of those who
didn't do this (sweatdrop)
but now I realize its importance... anyway we're not that strict about
this rule, which is why it's the
not-very rule.
5. [[[[ Rule.
If the subject line of your message is very long (like: Re:[Re:[[[[[[[something]]]]]])
delete some of those [[[, please.
eGroups isn't formatted
for those kinds of subject lines, so kindly format them to have at most
three [ in the subject line.
6. Attaching Attachments.
As much as possible do not include attachments in your e-mails. There's
the eGroup vault for files you
want to share with
others (just create a folder for yourself, in the fanfiction folder or
whatever applies). Some people can't receive
attachments (or dislike
receiving large files) so please, be considerate. Also, only .txt and .html
please...
7. Remember the
ACC. (though we generally bend this... ^_^ but ONLY this may be bent,
ok?)
