"Is voyeurism a crime, except when it is being performed by agents of big business or big government?"
My speculations are based on my experiences. At times I felt that my tormentors of the last twenty years were trying to goad me into doing things that were manifestly not in my best interest. Fortunately, I seem to have understood their motives better than they understood mine.
I think my apartment is still bugged. I think it is time for me to complain to the state police regarding voyeurism as a criminal offense. That's what I've been advised to do by Midtown Mental Health. Gov. Kernan may be regarded as being in control of the state police, so the response I get, if any, may help me in deciding whether or not I'd like to vote for him in November.
It seems to me that there are layers and layers of dishonesty, fraud, incompetence, and irresponsibility to be seen here. And perhaps, since you are now working for WFYI and the Medical Center, you'd like to promote a more laudable state of affairs.
Are psychiatrists, such as Dr. Christopher McDougle of Indiana University and Wishard Hospital in the business of helping Hoosiers have good mental health? Or is Dr. McDougal an errand boy for big corporations which may have "loose ends"--like me--that need to be "tidied up."
Is voyeurism a crime, except when it is being performed by agents of big business or big government?
I suppose answering those questions might come within your job description as a PR person for the Medical Center. I don't necessarily want to put you on the spot by yourself, since others seem to have more involvement. So I've sent copies of this to a number of other people.
I'll be interested to learn whether you or any of the others wish to comment.
