N.Y. - 1998

This was my first trip to N.Y.  I won the trip through a radio contest and they put us up in a nice hotel next to the Trump Tower on Central Park West.  On this trip we saw the Empire State Building, the towers, the Statue of Liberty and spent a lot of time in Central Park.  We ran out of money and time, so we didn't do much more.

New Orleans - 2001

My friend Mike and I decided on a whim to go check out Mardi Gras.  It was an experience, but probably not worth the effort.  New Orleans is probably a better town during the other 51 weeks of the year.

Vegas - 2001

My first Vegas trip.  I crashed on my friends' hotel room floor at the Excalibur.  We went to the Hoover Dam, but couldn't go inside because of 9/11.  We were supposed to go a week or so earlier, but all of the airports were closed.

N.Y. - 2002

I went to N.Y. because I missed it like crazy thanks to my first visit.  I also went for the 9/11 one year memorial and to see Cabaret.  I also saw Into the Woods, a Yankee game, the Bronx Zoo, some museums and Coyote Ugly.  CU was lame.  I stayed at a hostel and it was a horrible place.

Vegas - 2002

This time I got my own room at the Excalibur.  We gambled, drank and rode some rollercoasters.  We went to Coyote Ugly.  CU was awesome in Vegas.

Was fun.  Lost a lot of money, drank a lot, got some sun.  May or may not return.
