This is a car & bike tweaker for GTA San Andreas. You can modify a few of their features using this.
Launch it and hit F1 to view details of its usage
(note that you must run the tweaker from the game directory).

This package also includes a gym helper. It saves you from punching keys to workout in the gym.
Start the program, launch the game & hit a few hotkeys to start working while in the gym.
