Wacko is a Muck, or more generically, a MUD (Multi User Domain) or MUVE (Multi User Virtual Environment).

Wacko, in one form or another, has been online since
December of 1993. We have changed addresses unexpectedly,
gone through days of downtime, and purged our database a
couple of times. We've lost people, and found them again,
but continue to press on. Anyone is welcome to telnet in,
we do not enforce player registration, but mainly we are
