| Ahh, the Game Gear. Many an hour in my younger days was spent on one of these babies, not more than 5 feet from a wall. Why? Because this thing spends more energy per minute than all of Canada. Your 4 A batteries will last you a good...20 minutes, if you're lucky. In exchange you get a system whose graphics rival those of the current Game Boy Advance...and the investment of an AC adapter id worth it. The other drawback is the music system, a very unique setup. Rather than the normal tones you'd hear in a system, the Game Gear emits musical "Weemps" and "Woomps", which not only is vaguely creepy, but makes every song strangely similar. B- |
