Sunday in New York!!

October 21, 2001 was Birthday Sunday!!  Friends of author E.F. Benson were hosted by Emmeline Pillson and her 'sposo Herman.  The celebrants were the columnist Augustus Bosanquet, and publisher Heinrich Raphael Cartwright, affectionately known to this group as Gus and Nunky.    Friends included Podimu and his out-of-town guest David, Seed Pearls, Susan Leg and her guest Bill, and Abfou.

The edibles were Italian and liquid refreshment (mixed by Nunky) included Cosmopolitans and Bloody Mary's.  He ably assisted Emmeline in the kitchen.
