You would have been turning 7 soon Jazzie girl, we all miss you so much.
You were just to precious to be here on earth.
We will see you again when you come to fly us home.

Little Blake was born into the arms of angels at only 22 weeks.
He weighed a mere 1 pound 0.4 ounces and was 11 inches long.
We miss him dearly, and hold him in our memory and our hearts.
