This is the song "Nothing Else Matters", from the self titled album Metallica.  It is one of the two slow songs in the history of Metallica, the other being Mamma Said of the album Load.  Nothing Else Matters was one of the very first songs I learned how to play on the guitar, which was pretty stupid, because its kind of hard to play for a beginner.
