Small toys such as McDonald's toys, small dolls, cars for the boys. Consider asking your local McDonald's if they have extra toys to donate.

Socks, gloves, hair/grooming items, school supplies, pens, pencils, bookmarkers, pencil sharpeners.

Your Sunday School class may want to make shoebox gifts with new items especially for one child. If you decide to do this contact Debbie via email for instructions. We reach out to hundreds of children in the Zacatecas surrounding poor neighborhoods as well as close by small towns.

BLANKET GIVE AWAY: Yearly, around the first of the year, we do a blanket give a way. Clear out your closets or purchase a new blanket when on sale. Ladies clubs may want to get together and make blankets for this project. We are 8,000 ft. up and it gets cold here all year round especially in the winter. We even get snow sometimes. Some people use blankets as their doors. Clean coats and sweaters.

Gifts for the ladies and elderly that have been abandoned. Examples: hand cream, perfumes, handkerchiefs, gloves, hats, etc.

UNIVERSITY STUDENT MINISTRY: As many of you know, we are located in a University city. We have a coffeehouse ministry and opportunity to serve many students. We have a raffle each week at their Bible Study night. We also give out student care packages on a regular basis. At coffeehouse nights, as well as just going out to the streets to give things away in front of the University.

MUSIC DEPT. Sound equipment. We have favor with the city officials and opportunities to do concerts in the parks & plazas. We need a larger sound system to use at concerts, outreach churches and church. Music Stands, microphones, cables, all types musical instruments. Media productions equipment (along with instructions) We have students, consider coming down to do a music seminar. Transparencies, light bulbs for projector, large screen TV for media production and for Bible School.

COFFEE HOUSE MINISTRY: Computers in working condition, professional cappucino machine, styrofoam cups, tops, paper goods, flavored gourmet coffees and creamers, sugar, sugar substitute, stirring sticks.

CHILDREN'S MINSITRY: This takes place during regular services and outside Bible Clubs, as well as at home-groups. We need everything! Colors, craft items, scissors, pencils, sharpeners, coloring pages, curriculium, felt. Visual aids; Poster boards. Check with your newspaper for free reels of paper. First aid kit to carry along with us on outreaches. Yes, kids fall and the rocks can hurt.

INTERN/MINISTRY HOUSE: We have an empty apartment rented adjoining the church. Will be used for interns and students. Will be renting one for men as the need arises and finances available. We need single and double size sheets for the beds. Flannel sheets would be wonderful, as it gets rather chilly at night here.

MISC.

Towels, sheets, shower curtains, pots, pans and skillets. Cooking utensils.

Light Bulbs

Canned goods and dry food for food pantry. Cleaning supplies.

Plastic containers for storage. We have very little cabinet space and these can be used to transport things around for our feeding centers (which is out of the back of our vehicles)

Office supplies. Filing cabinets, bookcases, an electric pencil sharpener, pens, copy paper (all colors), church bulletin covers, copier, message pads, diskettes, tape, ink cartridges for printers for Lexmark X 125,Lexmark Z35, Z45, and hp deskjet 3535.

Our personal vehicle mileage on the suburban is at 330,000 miles. We need to travel lots and really need something more reliable on the roads we travel.

Gasoline is 7.31 pesos per liter (per gallon it is $2.50 U. S. dollars)
