The course is located in North Waterloo at the RIM Park Sports Complex. It is extremely fast and is a flat, non-cambered, paved bike path following the Musagetes Trail along the Grand River. This is definitely a PB Course!

30/50 MILER RACE INFORMATION:

START: 8:00AM (No Early Starts) Musagetes Trail Head Marker

LOCATION: Musagetes Trail, RIM Park

COURSE: 30-6x5 mile loops/50-10x5 mile loops

FEES: $55CDN/$40US postmarked by July 20th (early bird includes bathrobe & Nike DriFit Socks)
July 21st-Sept. 1st: $65CDN/$45US (includes bathrobe)
After Sept. 1st : $65CDN/$45US (robe not guaranteed)

AID: 2 stations (start/finish and 2.5miles)

PROVISIONS: water, coke, sports drink, coffee, tea, sandwiches, cookies, chips, pretzels, candies, pizza, soup, banana, orange etc.

AWARDS: Top 3 M/F overall plus various age category winners

CUTOFF: 12 hour time limit

FACILITIES: washrooms and showers available on site
