One other reason they consider very significant for wanting me banned is because, for years now, I have been diligently and animately fighting for the introduction and establishment of a social and spiritual system of cooperation and organization, technically referred to, in the Sanskrit language, as varnasrama-dharma, which involves a very strong, organized and competent, administrative department. Had the order of Srila Prabhupada to introduce and establish this system, so many years ago, been obediently executed, so many, if not all of the problems which have plagued our movement for years now, would have undoubtedly been easily solved. For one, by following this system, we would have effectively arranged for the protection of all those, who as a result of the absence of such a system, have been so badly neglected and abused, in more ways than any one of us could possibly imagine. In addition to that, this system involves an administration, empowered to enforce the regulation, that all those who are not duly qualified to execute the duties of their current positions, are to be removed from their said positions and duly reinstated in more appropriate ones. Naturally, those who are attached to abusing their power, and exploiting their dependants and subordinates, as well as the immense supply of funds so readily accessible to them, will obviously not want this varnasrama system established. As a matter of fact, I have become thoroughly convinced, by practical experience, that they, quite to the contrary, will do anything, without reservation and without ethical or moral, what to speak of legal consideration, to prevent, at all costs, this system from ever being established.

At this time, I would like to present just a few more examples of the tactics they have adopted to silence and virtually get rid of all those, who have the so-called audacity to commit the so-called crime of merely questioning authority. A few years ago, just before a Sunday Feast Program, while I was on the sidewalk, just outside our ISKCON Hare Krsna Temple in Dallas, Texas, a member of the movement, named Sri Raga Prabhu, ordered me to leave the vicinity. When I informed him that I was unsure about, whether or not he should be accepted as a bona fide authority, and furthermore, requested him to let me speak with Tamala Krsna Goswami (Srila Gurudeva), who is accepted as a spiritual master in our movement, he flatly refused, and then informed me, in so many words, that if I did not comply with their so-called request, they were going to contact the police. Then, when he saw that I chose to stubbornly remain on government property, despite his threat (which, for obvious reasons, did not concern me), he threatened to hit me. After warning me three times, he knocked the glasses right off my face with his fist. I then walked down the street, picked my glasses up off the ground, got into the car I was driving and drove off, audibly remarking on the way, that now I was convinced (about what is going on in ISKCON).

Shortly after this incident, I visited our ISKCON Hare Krsna Temple in Saltillo, Mexico, where the Temple President (who, if I remember correctly, is named Krsna Dasa Prabhu), after discussing various issues with me, like the qualification of some, if not all, of the current gurus (spiritual masters) in our movement, and that of the current members of the movement's administration, as well as the urgent importance of introducing and establishing the varnasrama system, violently demanded, that I leave the facility immediately, while threatening me with nun-chuckus (the martial arts weapon, constructed by connecting two, usually wooden or medal rods, with a rope or chain), which, at the time, he was swinging frantically.

A few months ago, I took a trip to our ISKCON Hare Krsna Temple in Los Angeles, and while there, engaged in prayer meditation with my prayer beads, most of the time pacing (a method recommended by Srila Prabhupada, for this particular type of meditation) up an down the side walk of the community. Sometimes, I would stop and speak with various different members of the community. Now, although Srila Prabhupada recommends that we perform our spiritual practices in the association of devotees, the fact that, I, Gauranga Prema Dasa, had the gaul and audacity to do this near "their property," severely outraged them beyond belief. Often, while engaged in my prayer meditation, I would be aggressively approached and loudly yelled at, and/or threatened by one member or another, and on more than one occasion, actually, physically assaulted. They also, several times managed to coerce some very large friends of the society to also threaten me with violence. Once, one such very large individual, pushed me several yards back, and then off the sidewalk, yet I did not protest, but rather, remained passive throughout the entire incident, and simply just continued with my prayer meditation. Often, a devotee named Sura Prabhu would scream, yell and swear at me. He also, often threatened me, stating that he had been taking Karate, and other forms of martial arts lessons. Sometimes, he would even repeatedly kick me, even though I offered no form of resistance or retaliation. Another time, one of the other devotees started yelling at me, then he punched me in the face, causing my glasses to go flying. He then told Sura Prabhu, that I had taken a swing at him before he hit me. At that point, I left the vicinity, and as I was leaving, Sura Prabhu ran down the street after me, screaming and threatening to beat me up. About a month or two later, I returned. This time, Sva Vasa Prabhu (Emil Beca), the Los Angeles ISKCON Hare Krsna Temple President, Nirantara Prabhu (Nicholas Diangelo), the Temple Vice-President, along with four or five other male members of the movement, approached me, then Sva Vasa Prabhu (Emil Beca) said that they were tired of this, and that they were going to break my legs, so that it would be more difficult for me to go there, if I did not leave the sidewalk immediately, and for good. He then proceeded to poke me repeatedly with his finger, stating that the angrier I made him, by not leaving immediately, the worse it was going to be, at which point, the whole gang of them rushed me. I then left and returned to San Diego, shortly thereafter, where up until the time I was recently served with the temporary restraining order, I would often spend long periods of time daily, performing my prayer meditation as close to the devotees as I was allowed to go, without stepping foot onto the property. Sometimes, I admittedly, felt it necessary to verbally chastise some of them for various reasons.

Regarding the complaint of Dharma-Setu Prabhu (David Bridges), the current Temple President of the ISKCON Hare Krsna Temple, here in San Diego, written in item 5b of the PETITION OF EMPLOYER FOR INJUNCTION PROHIBITING VIOLENCE OR THREATS OF VIOLENCE AGAINST EMPLOYEE (Workplace Violence) form, wherein he states, that some days he spends hours pacing back and forth in front of the temple, and in the alley way behind the temple, you'll notice, that he, conveniently, neglects to mention that this "pacing" he's referring to, is, as explained previously, a method recommended by Srila Prabhupada, for the practice of mantra meditational prayer, and regarding his statement about the "vocalization of my ideas," I would like to point out, that they have yet to provide even a single shred of evidence supporting their allegation indicating that they believe I have misunderstood or have, in any way, been misrepresenting our philosophy. An example of "singling out a member and loudly criticizing them," that Dharma-Setu Prabhu (David Bridges) is referring to, is my chastising Mother Becky (otherwise known as, Rebecca Lucero), who, prior to me chastising her, while standing on the sidewalk, outside the fence of the house she stood in the doorway of, yelling at me, had told a new member, named Bhaktine Robin Bazil Prabhu (who I had recently, initially invited to the temple, and had, furthermore, spent countless hours with, cultivating her understanding of the philosophy), that one reason why she (Mother Becky aka Rebecca Lucero) felt they didn't want her to move into the temple immediately (as was her, strongly impelling desire), was because, being a meat eater most of her life would cause her body to emanate an unbearably, bad odor. Obviously, Mother Becky's (Rebecca Lucero) theory, that, based on this foul odor reasoning of hers, one should not be allowed to immediately move into the monastery, is a completely bogus concoction, what to speak of, at least, bordering on insanity. On another occasion, prior to this argument (if you could call it that), which I had with this, infamous Mother Becky (Rebecca Lucero), she had also taken it upon herself to chastise Bhaktine Robin Prabhu, so severely, that she actually caused her to cry, for merely failing to bring a dollar with her to offer as a "donation" for breakfast, even though Bhaktine Robin Prabhu had come to the temple that day, for the sole purpose of performing service for the community, all throughout the day. It has become customary, throughout all of the ISKCON Hare Krsna Communities worldwide, to offer prasadam (sanctified food) to certain visitors, in exchange for devotional service, although there is a basic, philosophical discrepancy involved in this practice, based on the fact, that one is advised to perform devotional service for the pleasure of God and his devotees, and not merely, for some type of reward in exchange, like that involved in the practice of a common merchant, who is conducting business. Besides that, based on the definition of the word donation, it is obviously illegal to demand a mandatory donation for anything. During the days of Srila Prabhupada's physical presence, prasadam (spiritually sanctified food) was always available for free, and furthermore, was regularly distributed freely to anybody and everybody, who would accept it. As a matter of fact, on page 232, of the sixth volume in his biography, called the Srila Prabhupada Lilamrta, written by one of his disciples, named Satsvarupa Dasa Goswami, it says:

"...displeasure with the mismanaged ISKCON pandal at Kumbha-mela. Thousands of guests were coming to the Hare Krsna pandal without receiving prasadam. Determined that the bad example not be repeated he dictated a letter, 'To all ISKCON Temple Presidents':

Please accept my blessings. Now you must arrange in each temple there must be sufficient stock of prasadam for distribution. You can keep first class cooks, two or three, and they should be always engaged. Whenever any guest comes he must get prasad. This arrangement must be made, that the cooks prepare ten-twenty servings at a time, of puris and subji, and then you can add halavah and pakoras and the visitors may be supplied immediately. Whenever a gentleman comes, he must be served. As the twenty servings are being distributed, immediately the cooks prepare another twenty servings and store it. At the end of the day if no one comes, our own men will take, so there is no loss. You cannot say, 'It is finished,' 'It is not cooked yet,' 'There is no supply for cooking,' etc. This must be enforced rigidly. The temple is managed by Srimati Radharani, Laksmiji, (the goddess of fortune) so why should there be want? Our philosophy is, if anybody comes let him take prasad, chant Hare Krsna, and be happy. Everything is being supplied by Krsna. Krsna is not poor, so why should we deny them? This should be done at any cost. There is no difficulty. It simply requires nice management. At the end of the day you may sell or give away. If we believe that Krsna is providing for and maintaining everyone, then why should we be misers? This means losing faith in Krsna and thinking that we are the doers and suppliers. We are confident Krsna will supply! Let the whole world come. We can feed them. So please do this nicely. Begin at once."

I therefore see, absolutely no reason, whatsoever, why I should feel the least bit remorseful for "loudly" informing Mother Becky (Rebecca Lucero) that she is not, by any stretch of the imagination, considered any type of temple authority, and that she, therefore, had no right, imposing her warped version of the philosophy on anybody, what to speak of a newer member of our movement, who, just so happened to be, an extremely sincere soul. One time, rather recently, I was duly informed, that Badrinarayana Prabhu (Robert Morrill), even refused to allow a guest to attend the widely publicized, free Sunday Feast, simply because, this particular gentleman, happened to show up outside the temple with a shopping cart, containing a few of his personal effects. Gunagrahi Maharaja, who is a sannyasi (high priest, in the renounced order of life), and is, therefore, considered an authority in our hierarchy, ordered me to perform the duty of a ksatriya. This means, that is my sworn duty, to do my best to provide the others with protection, and also, to diligently enforce all the rules and regulations of the movement, which are confirmed by all the sastras (scriptures), sadhus (saints) and bona fide acaryas (spiritual masters, who teach by their own example). Naturally, this sometimes, inevitably involves performing the apparently, thankless task, of chastising others, but please consider this: If a crook, common criminal, or, for that matter, any other kind of obnoxious, deceptive rascal, requested you to impose a restraining order on a particular police officer, simply because they did not appreciate the said officer's interference with his and/or her certain, underminded, nefarious types of activities, certainly, there isn't a court in the world, that would comply with such a foolishly, obvious attempt to radically obstruct justice.

Often, as you have surely noticed by now from the written testimony of the plaintiffs, they complain, that they are afraid of me, but as you can plainly see from the verifiably written testimony, contained herein, of several others, as well as from that of my own, this statement is absolutely and undeniably, based on sheer and utter hypocrisy. It's also, easy for me to see why anyone would speculatively be afraid of whatever type of retaliation they felt might be coming to them, for their previous, unwarranted, inexcusable and unforgivable, grave offense(s).

Regarding the complaint of Mother Blanca Meeker, which appears directly under the statement, submitted by her husband, Sundara Prabhu (Randy Whalen), located in attachment 5b of the Petition for Injunction Prohibiting Harassment, entitled (Further description of incidents of abuse), under the subheading: December 1999, wherein she wrote that Mr. Regosin was pacing up and down the alley, staring at everyone eating breakfast on the patio, I would like to, hereby, explain why I often made it a point to include in my practice of pacing, (while performing the previously explained, prescribed, regular routine of mantra, prayer meditation, which, I might add, is not only, once again, an approved method, that has been recommended, by Srila Prabhupada, for the performance of this particular practice of prayer meditation, but is also, a very common method, frequently adopted by most, if not all, the members of our movement), the act of observing their extremely sinful (according to a scriptural injunction, found in the Fifth Canto, Part 2, of one of our scriptures, called the Srimad-Bhagavatam) habit of eating in front of others, without offering them any of the prasadam (spiritually sanctified food) they are consuming, despite my repeated reprimands. The scriptural injunction, I'm referring to, reads as follows:
