The Accelerated Reader Program plays a major role in my school library. Much of my time and resources are given to supporting the program. In 2002, I did a study to see if Reading Test Scores were better at the schools which used Accelerated Reader. The results showed that Mississippi Model and Master Schools did have higher reading scores then other schools in the state.
