      New Times New Looks

It's been a while, but hey, isn't it always? So things have changes much in the... 2 years? 2 years?? Wow... since I was laid off from MetLife. I spent a good long time living in Seattle, enjoying the unemployement train. It was a good ride but it eventually had to end. I had some leads in Seattle, one with Verizon but decided I wanted to move back to Salem. If I had stayed, I would have had to pass a ua for verizon though. That would have been uhm, fun.

So I had to make a decision, stay in Seattle or move back to Salem. Seattle was a fun place and all, but really I only knew a few people there. I really wanted to be back with my friends and family. And on one of my several Salem trips, I met Katherine =sigh=
I was over at my sisters and Brook had a friend from work over. I knew I had to meet her and spend time with her. The next time I was in Salem we went swimming, and I told Mandy to invite Katherine. We spent time together, and of course, love commenced.
So off to Salem I went. I lived at the Grandparents for a while while I was still on unemployment. It was free room and food, but who wants to live at their parents place? I worked at a Gas station for a while. It sucked, but you probably could have guessed that. I worked at Rite Aid for a while, it was ok. Pretty much like working at Walgreen's in seattle, just not graveyard shift.

Then some news that was first met with uncertainty. Katherine was pregnant. Not something we planned for I'll admit, but decidely was good news. A baby is news that brings up excitement, happiness, smiling, and a slew of other good things. But it also brings apprehension, worries, and the realization that a job at Rite Aid wouldn't quite be enough.

So I started looking and found a job at Wachovia. Another call center, this one for a bank. wooo. It's a good job, not much different from any other company. They have ok benefits and quartley performance bonuses. The building is brand new so everything is shiny. And they have these ergonomic chairs that I think they paid like $1200 for. At least I won't get laid off again in the near future. he he

And of course, last but not least is the babies. that's right I said babies. Our beautiful twin girls. Here I'll give you the rundown:

Birthday: June 4th 2005
Nissa Kay Gonzales-Webster
Sati May Gonzales-Webster
At some point soon I'll make their own page, but here are some pictures:

It's damn late. Brad needs to sleep now.

You should check out the site for the Strong Bad stuff, it's very funny. Watch "Dragon" first and if you like it then you'll love the site.
So I have about -zip- to show for this week as far as productivity. I had a cool weekend at Trent's house for his birthday. It was me, Clint, Trent, and Scott. We played a variety of games and generally wasted a bunch of time. It was super sweet. I am pissed Ravenshield doesn't work all the time on my PC. Sometimes it'll just get super lagged after playing about 5 mins. Anyways, there is no patch because Clint bought the Taiwan copy which is what I am running.
This week for my unemployement they made me a take an Orientation class. It was quite a bit of BS. Basically they explained the basic basic stuff as far as finding info and how to write a resume and such. It was a waste of 2 hours (the letter said it was a mandatory 3 hours but she was done quick) but this satisfies my "job search" requirements this week. Yay, now I really had nothing to do this week.
While in Salem, and once again yesterday I saw X-men 2. It was great, and I still think it's great. They spent the first movie building characters, and this movie was all about using that developement. I can't wait for the 3rd, it is going to be so great.
I realized that my not getting any for some time now is starting to show. I think about it more often than usual now, it's always on my mind, and the thought is stuck in my head. It might just be that I have nothign to do and spend too much time thinking in general. Not much I can do about it though. Oh well. :)
I am so excited for the Matrix Reloaded, it's going to be so great. And then I leave for Oklahoma to chase tornados. Every time I think about it I get a little butterfy of excitement in my stomach. Yay!
I am going to try to make a weekly update, even if it is just a small one since not much happens. I can't decide if I should put cool links into my text, as a something to see that is neat, if you have a minute type thing. Hmmm... we'll see...

Man, time goes fast when, well, you know me... SO, I got laid off on April 11th. Friday, it was lame, they had this breakfast at 8:30am and expected us to stay until 11am but I ducked out at 9:30am so I could beat the traffic to Oregon. So I spent that weekend and the next couple days in Oregon. Obviously, I was smoking plenty of pot. I hung out with my cousins, went bowling with Nicole, Joel and Tatum. The alley was reeeeeally ghetto (only one that didn't have leagues that night) and the alley reset itself after like 15 mins, but it was still fun.
So then I had to come back to Washington, since Wen night was leaugue nights. I brought Clint back with me, so he could stay with me and Jer in Seattle for a while. The the rest of that week me and Clint basically played video games when we weren't sleeping. I bought a PS2. :) Well, I smoked lots of weed too while playing. It was tons o fun, main video games on display:
Freelancer: Good ol' privateer, almost exactly, but then think amazing graphics and a new ingrossing storyline. It's so fun, and openended.
Dynasty Warriors 4: Lots of hacking and slashing with sweet variety of characters and cool moves. I wish I was still playing it.
GTA: Vice City: I broke down and got a ps2 almost for this reason alone. Sweet game, and they JUST announced it's finally coming out on PC. Damn it. Maybe I didn't need to buy that PS2 afterall.
So I took Clint home the next monday (April 21?) and hung out with my family for my birthday (4-22-80). Now that was interesting, first Mandy wants to go to a bar. Oh boy. I really don't like bars, I don't like socializing with random people and paying too much for drinks. And if I am just going to a bar for the booze, I could save money and stay at home drink cheap boozr and not have to worry about who is driving. Sorry, ranting. Anyways, we went to the Ram. Had some dinner, drinks. My cousin Lacy (who is 16) got in with a fake ID. She even pulled out the wrong ID first, but the guy didn't notice and then she got the one that said "21" instead. SO then after that, we get all ready to hit Stars! the strip club. Well, not only did Lacy go, but her friend Megan also. Now, Megan was using someone else's ID also, but this was an expired ID. So, the strip club wouldn't let us in, not bceause of teh fake ID's, but mearly because it was an EXPIRED id. Oh well. So no strip club for me on my birthday, maybe next year.
Ok, I started this log earlier when I was high, but I ran out of pot. Now it's late evening and I could be considered "drunk." aCTUALLY. Lemme take another shot...

.................

Much better. Now, back to my life if you really care to read: So, we started our bowling league (which is divided into quarters) in 16th place, and manager to secure that position for a while. Now, believe it or not, we are in freakin' 1st place. Just this last quarter we sho9t to first, we've all gotten a little better. Anyways, next Wed is the finals, we play against the other 3 quarter finalists so hopefulyl we'll do well.
So, I am going to watch SNL now. Later.

So, here I am am drunk updating my webpage again. I guess I drink and realize it's been too long since my last update. But I guess it's better than getting drunk and decided it's time to drive. Which reminds me, I am now the proud owner of a 1988 Ford Bronco 2. Now, I agree, a truck or an SUV isn't my frist choice of vehicle. But this is a bit inbetween, and it's good for camping and it gets me around adn it was priced well so i'll live with that. ;) If you wanna see what was worth my $1500 then click below.

I have had good times with it so far. No mechanical issued. I haven't found a suitable name yet. if you find a name that seems to fit a large two toned (red and white) vehicle. Female names are required, guys have female cars and girls have male cars. if you hear a suitable name feel fre to e-mail me.

This will be a simple update. The holidays progressed without too much horror. Well... with a little. But I will wait to post that on another day. This weekend went pretty good.

I went clubbing, and danced for the first time on Saturday. So here is how it went down:
Jeremy really wanted to go and we glanced online to see what was good in Seattle. We've never been clubbing here and I've never really been at all. So we headed downtown, found a club I had seen mentioned as good. It was a good place, nice crowd, plenty of attractive peoples. I planted my wallflower roots near the wall (and a table) and Jeremy started dancing. Jer wasn't doing so well, tending to get pushed away by the ladies. I was happy with my standing, standing doesn't accidently result in having to dance. So Jer was over talking with me and taking a break, and some girl asked where the coat room was. Jeremy convinced this strikingly beautiful girl that she wanted to dance with me. Her name was Jessica and I was a bit tipsy so agreed. I warned her I had never danced before and she said "Oh, sure" like she thought it was a line. I danced, not too horrible, but i think she realized I wasn't using a line and then she said she wanted to take a break and wandered off. Pretty exciting eh?
I didn't realize it until we left, but I didn't recognize any of the music. Well, turns out that until 2am they play Russian music and the place was full of people speaking russian. Jer speaks a little russian and I guess he asked a couple girls (in russian) if they spoke russian. Over and over they would respond with "Da, blah blah blah blah" and Jeremy didn't understand anything besides the "Da" part. So from now on I told him he needs to know which club we are going to beforehand so we don't wander into the wrong place. I don't know if I plan to go again... clubs aren't really my scene. I am much better when I can actually talk to someone.
Of course, the plus side to this is photos. First, myself getting ready for club action

So i saw quite a strnage sigfht the other day. It was, believe it or not, my roomate Jeremy studying. i know, if you know him, yuo may brand me a liar. But it is true, I swear it. I walked into his bedroom to ask him a question and he was sitting at a computer with a book open. And it WASN'T a manual for a PC game and the computer was running some sort of homework software... I am still in shock...

I should have a vehicle soon again. It's been, well, about 5 years since I owned a car. The last one was The Beast, 78 Ford Mustang of the dark blue w/primer spots. When it rained it all turned black. I drove the crap out of that thing. Fit, ::counts on fingers:: 9 people in it at one time. Including Louis across the 4 people in back seat and Kevin in the trunk. But I sold that before moving to Seattle for college. Since then I have survived on others and the bus. The bus is wearing thin quickly and in america if you don't have a car you are severly limited. So a guy at work is selling an 88 Ford Bronco II. It is in good shape, good priced and should get me around for a bit. Only problem is my OR license expired so now I have to get my license in WA, and take the test again. yay...

2am. Who needs sleep? No your never gonna get it. Who needs sleep? Tell me what's that for...

So I saw something on TV the other night that bothered me. This usually doesn't happen because, you know, it's just TV. But this really perterbed me, it was an anti-marijuana ad. Now this ad shows a guy and girl at a party and they are smoking, then it cuts and time has passed and they are smoking more and more ect. Well, it gets to the point where the girl flops down and looks way high. Then the guys leans over and puts his hand in her shirt and then it cuts to a shot of a table with a pipe and in the background you hear the girl feebly saying "no, no. stop" and a big banner that says "Marijuana impairs your judgement" THIS IS BULLSHIT! This ad should have BOOZE and says DRINKING will cause it. I have never met anyone who got molested or taken advantage of from pot. And even if it ever does happen, I bet it's happened 100x more often from drinking. It really pissed me off.

Well, last weekend I had to do it again. Reformat my PC. Me and Jer's network was refusing to work correctly and I was messing with my ethernet card. Well, I get the network running finally, but then the INTERNET stops working. I spend all night screwing around and then the next day call at&t. The guy didn't exactly know what he was doing, but he was right. I was screwed. So I had to wipe 'er clean and start fresh. Luckily the network worked well enough to back up all my shit on jer's pc.

Now that the network is working correctly, and internet. It's been like an orgy of computer gaming madness around here. Staying up way too late every night playing things like network System Shock 2, and gathering clan Syndicate to teach some hapless bitches a lesson in respect.

Well, it's x-mas time of year and of course it hit me just wrong and I am left kinda broke. I got screwed on overdraft fees, had to pay extra rent, and next thnig I know I am broke. I have to survive until next friday when I get paid, and then go shopping that Sat for christmas presents for later that day. My family rescheduled X-mas to Sat, since I will be in Seattle for x-mas and my grandparents will be in CA. And as for the presents themselves, I HATE picking gifts. I don't mind buying at all, it's figured out what to get that sucks. And when people ask what I want.

SO it looks like I've gotten to about a 1 month update for my webpage. i'll try to make it more often, but I make no promises I know I can't keep. :)

I am at work, on lunch. I have no food with me and need to save my money. So I am going to update my webpage to disract me from the gnawing in my stomach. Fun fun! Today is going prety quick. The morning is progressing nicely and I haven't really done jack crap with my morning.

So I went to the hole, I mean, Salem, for the weekend. It's always so annoying trying to cram as many committments into one weekend as possible. I have so many people I want to hang with but not enough time to do everyone. I saw the most important people over this weekend, but didn't really get to spend as much time as I would have wanted with them each. I saw the Transporter with Curran and Trent. Good action, pathetic plot. Went to yummy dinner with Nicole and Joel. Spent Friday night hanging out with mandy. Carved pumpkins on Sat night with Laura (i'll upload pics when I am home, and I finally have net at home again). It t'was fun, maybe someday more of those salem ppl will actually come visit me. hehe. hahahahahahahaAHAAHAHAHAhahahaahhahahahahahahahaahaha HOHO HOHOHOHHOhhehehe hehe. eh.

So, here is a snippet of conversation with Tiffany from today:
Theophaneia (11:22 AM) :
Red is the most studied and fascinating of at colors. It connotes excitement and danger, fire and bloodshed. Red can evoke a psychological fight-or-flight response; blood pressure and adrenaline rise, and our hearts beat faster. We pay attention to red. It's a warning signal that's imprinted and reinforced generation after generation. Red is the color with the most energy. Because of the physical stimulation associated with red, it often has a sexual connotation. It's a favorite choice in designs for products like alcoholic beverages and racy cosmetics.
Gaxynon (11:24 AM):
Woo-hoo! racy comsmetics! sex!
Gaxynon (11:24 AM):
I like red. hehe

So, I should get back to work. Or some semblence of it.
"Then I just sit at my desk and space out for an hour... Whoa, whoa whoa. 'Space out'? Yeah, I just kinda stare off into nothing. But it looks like I'm working"

Is it. Could it be. My GOD. It is, a new log. The prophecy was true. The world isn't ending. Now will be the coming of the bearing of fruits, and drinking of wines, and feasting on orangutangs.

When: October 1st, 2002

So it's been a while. Ok, even longer than that. But there is good reason. After I moved out of my ballard apartment, I have basically been a squatter at Laura's apartment. Not really moved in, living out of boxes (except for my PC of course) and generally feeling like I didn't live anywhere. This also resulted in me not having internet access on my PC at this new place. Because of that, and the fact I am a lazy ass and only update my log if it's not too inconvenient, it's been a while.

I haven't moved to a new place yet. I am actually at work still, I finished everything I could find to work on and got bored while waiting for me ride. As such, I am updating now. Ah, good ol' boredom. Anyways, I will be moving shortly to a new residence. Me and Jeremy found a decent place in Ballard. It's a 2 bedroom, rents for the reasonable $850/month and is available today. Which is good because Jeremy is homeless and I am ready to finally have a place where I can unload all my crap. I sign the lease in the next couple days and then move in this weekend.

Jesus, you don't update for a couple months and then there is so much I don't know if I can fit it all. Hmmm... well, since I am moving out I am going to be without transport. I don't know what to do about that. I think I will have to take Jeremy's suggestions and just get like a 2k loan and get a car to get me from point A to point B until I can afford a decent car. But Laura had a good idea to, which is go get what I want and just not have a huge down payment. I'll figure something out, and fast since. Once I move I am going to have to get to work somehow. They usually aren't to impressed if you stop showing up, and unless there is a glitch in accounting they tend to stop sending you paychecks also.

Once I get moved in I'll be more regular with updates on my page. Having regular net access will help. And also I've got some new 3d Studio stuff I want to show off. So take this as a promise, it won't be more than 2 weeks before I updated again. Really. I swear! REALLY!!!

I don't realy have much to saY. I just got bored, and I realized if I tried to sleeping right now the world would start spinning. And if the world starts spinning then Brad begins puking. Which = not fun. So killing time os my goal.

Chocholate covered rains are sOOOOOOO goood! They are almost as good as jerky! peppered jerky is the bestest!

Ok, it'll take me about an hour to get this upload, along with my screenshot for mydesktop (so you better fuxing look at it), so i go now

So, time goes by quickly. Lots of time and then I say to myself... Shit. I havne't updated my webpage. So here it is. We are leaving to see Episode 2 at the cinerama soon. The one with the digital projector. Gonna be sweet.

Things going on around Salem. Tha's for definate. For one, my sister got her daughter back. Now for the reason, my mom had been holding destiny. And the reason Mandy couldn't get destiny back was because my mom said if you try to get her back i'll tell the authorities to make you take a drug test. The secret here is my mom smokes crank, which only stays in your system for 3-4 days, instead of the 30 days pot is detectable. So, the point is, my mom tried to run over her boyfriend (who is also married to someone else) and was arrested. As a result Destiny was given back to Mandy. I am sure it won't be long before Destiny becomes a ward of the state.

Secondly, my cousin Nicole. Her now ex-boyfriend Scott... he is the lowest form of life on the face of the earth. I have always hated men who would strike anyone the claimed to love. It's pathetic, it's lower than dirt. How can you really "love" someone if you get angry and can't hold yourself from hurting them for it. He truly qualifies for my hatred.
As far as recently, there was an incident, he attacked my cousin. My fucking family. He was arrested. I wish there was a way to kill him and get away with it. Of course, killing him would be "wrong" and all... what a bastard.

Ok, so this took me three days to finish and upload. Not to mentioned the weeks since my last update. I really nede to figure out some sort of live journal... anyways. I leave for An Tir West War tomorrow after work, should be tons of fun. I'll talk about it after we get back. gotta run.

Ok. It's been FOREVER since I updated. Sue me.

The new job is going good, I can already tell it will be rather stressfull. Lots of productivity goals to meet, always pushing for more. And there is no end, when you finish one claim, there is 1-2 more to replace it. But the pay is great, and I think I can deal with the stress. My whole life has been a ball of stress, so the question is, all along.... Have I been bottling it up like a bomb, or letting it out so gentle as to not notice? If I believed in God, I would say he might knew for sure.

I got paid Friday. Biggest paycheck in my life, about $1000 bucks. Cha-ching! So I decided to treat myself with a present. GTA 3. Fun fun fun game, I love mowing down pedestrians. I am still getting the hang of it, but I want more uzi's and shotguns. I picked up just a few, and man o man. There is nothing that can beat the feeling of capping one homie after another. And teaching hooker after hooker the meaning of "cold steel." This games rivals Jedi Outcast at the moment for the game to hold my attention.

If you didn't notice before, go to this or I will be forced to hunt you down with a shotgun and blame it on video games.

p.s. SW RPG FUCKING RULES!!!

So, the job goes well. I know I've been MIA for the last week or so. but hey, I passed my drug test and we all know what that means. So things have been good around here. I am headed to Salem this weekend, and I am hoping to get several things done.
A) an illegal purchase
B) hot tubbing
C) clothes shopping
D) networking
We'll see how things go, typically I plan for many things, but end up not gettnig to all of them. MOst importantly is hanging out with the homies, since I was screwed out of it last time I was in Salem.

Jeremy broke up with his girl, and Troy (who I had lunch with today) told me he is in Salem right now. So odds are i might see him this weekend, and also he may plan on SPU next year,. Which means I have a roomate again. HorraY! Not much else to comment on. Work goes well, I've been sleeping normally again. Thank god. And anyone who got e-mail from me, and didn't reply right away. Listening: Howard Stern
Desktop: desktop1.jpg

I have been informed that Derrida is a French post-sturcturalist philospher and the above quote was worded by Madan Sarup. :)

I hate people. Not always, just some people. Sometimes. Like 2 weeks ago, this african american man and woman came in. They were nice, the woman's voice was almost gone. She says she lost it. Then the lady tries to return a little black/white TV. Well, she didn't have the TV when she came in. She grabbed it off the shelf. And since we wouldn't let her return it, she had no money to buy her cart of stuff. So she left with the TV. At the time we weren't sure 100% she had taken it off the shelf. But sure enough, there was one missing after she was gone.
Well, guess who comes in again yesterday morning. Same lady and guy, lady still has no voice. This time she gets another cart of stuff. And I wasn't sure at first it was her... so I thought to myself "Let's see her return with no receipt" Sure enough, she coems up with a little hand vacuum. "it doesn't work" Well, we'll just see about that. The fucking thing hadn't even been taken out of the plastic wrap, I check, and surprise surprise, it works just fine.
So i ask the manager to help me in the back with a return. We get back there and rewind the video tapes. Yep, she sure as hell didn't have it when she came in. So I phoned the other cashier and told her not to let the lady leave with it. Then I check, and sure enough the only vacuum we had was missing off the shelf. Well, after I had phoned the cashier, the lady got real nervous. Started patting her pockets, and then mumbled "I need to get something out of the car" and she never came back. Guess she figured out she was caught. I hope the stupid bitch doesn't come back. I hate dealing with theives. hehe

If you don't read this far normally... you won't hear that.... ::drumroll:: I got the JOB!! Metlife has indeed optioned Bradley Webster as their new "Senior Technical Specialist" with an opening salary offer of 34k a year. I suppose I *might* accept it. Horray for me! I take the drug test sometime this week, and then Start work on Monday the 20th. Which brings me to my next point:
Jealousy, the green eyed monster, is a bitch. And her name is Mrs. Costello. She is the assistant manager at Walgreen's and the one I've had to work with for the last week since I gave my 2 weeks notice there. All the sudden, she's enforcing all these stupid rules that none of the other 5 managers (herself included) ever did for the 5 months I've been there. Like, only talk to Serkalem (the pharmasist) on your breaks. And no drinks or snacks on the floor. I've been drinking my caffeine laced Mountain Dew ever night sicne I started there, NOW all the sudden it's "not allowed." I wonder if this "not allowed" has anything to do with the fact that I mentioned my Metlife salary and I will be making more than Mrs. Bitch. It's funny, she's been at Walgreens for years, and I'll make more than her on my first day. HA! And me and Laura together will have a higher household income than her and her husband. So she can take her I-still-have-power-over-you-and-I-can-use-it attitude and shove it.

OK, I am off to watch Blazing Saddles and sleep. G'nite. Or morning. afternoon? Whatever

I spent last weekend at my grandparents, I had a simple plan. Friday night hang out with mandy, Sat night have a network party with me, Laura, Clint, Trent, Curtis, and whoever else I could get to network. Well, Sat night came, and my sis wanted Corey (cousin who has been in jail for 6 years) to stop by. I thought it would be 5 mins to say hi, it turned out to be several car loads of people. People I kind of knew, but none the less, their booze killed any simple networking we could have got done...

I was just watching videos for Linking Park songs... cool sfx, monks, and great imagery. No doubt this will be on my playlist fors years to come. Linkin park is effin cool.

Did I mention I saw Troy? Indeed, he works the floor below Laura at her office. Amazing! AND! If I get a job at Metlife I'll be working right below Troy, which means we will have to do some lunching. I misses that tall redheaded bastard.
Which also reminds me, no for sure on the job yet. Sounds like I am pretty well set, but until I get the call and offer, I am not going to say "I got it all locked up"

Something funny happened at work last night, involving viagra. But this was overshadowed by the fact that mandy had a major car accident last night. She was driving drunk (big surprise) and managed to hit a tree while her and 6 other people were in the car. 4 went to the hospitol, no major injuries luckily. The only one old enough to have bought booze is MIA (mysteriously enough eh?) and mandy is facing 6 Reckless Endangerment charges, and 2 misdemeanors and a couple others. Way to go mandy...

Man I wish I could smoke pot...

Ok, so a couple days ago... I neglected to mention that the 22nd was indeed my birthday. I turned 22 on the 22nd of april. For some reason I had ideas of exciting parties and getting blitzed, ect. In reality we had a sweet dinner at Sam's Sushi down the road. I had rainbow roll (variety) tako (squid), iko (octupus) adn Sake. It was good. Also, right before we went to Fre Meyers and I got a badly needed set

of new shoes.

lots of jager. I have lots of Jager. HuzzA!

The second interview at Metlife went pretty well. It was really good, I felt confident and everything. The only thing I have to worry about now is wether the other 4 people who applied for the job were more qualifed than me. But I think I have a pretty good shot at it, I won't know for sure until Friday, maybe not even until Monday.

I may have a lead on a new job. It would be with Metlife. I am going back for a second intreview on Wednesday. Which is good because I haven't been called back to a second interview for any of the jobs I've applied for for the last several months. If I get it, woo baby. Much better pay, hours, and oppurtunity for advancement. We'll see after Wednesday though.

Chicago was amazing. First off, my first plane trip was fun. Take off and landing was cool, everything was just like being on a train, except more cramped. So, I saw tons of sites in Chicago and got some pictures. The museum's there are so much huger and more impressive than the ones we have here. And they have the bestest deep dish pizza, also the hot dogs there are better as well. It's strange that they'd be different, but they are. I didn't have any subs over there, Jer says they are different as well.
We went to the Michigan Ave, and saw Neiman Marcus (which had a $5000 blouse/skirt combo). Then we went to the Hancock Observatory which was great view because it was 87 degrees and clear skies. We also visited the aquarium and museum, and walked down the lake. Overall, best birthday present ever.

I have some pics, and I am arranging a Chicago photo album, but I am lazy. Soon as I finish the album I'll link to it.

Beware!!

Seems my mom wants me to buy a stolen car. My grandfather (moms side) is a drug dealer, and sells cars. The kind that "mysterious" appear. So my mom called to wish me a happy birthday and I mentioned if I get the Metlife job I will get a car. So she suggested I get this red Fiero my grandpa has, which is rather dubious to me. I think I will pass.

      Worst. Smell. Ever.
Last night at walgreens, holy shit. There was these 3, LARGE women. And they stank. I am not talking about a little BO or anything, I am talking about, a CLOUD of FUCKING-stank. Where ever these girls walked (one old lady, and her two 30ish daughters) there was a stink. I gagged, I seriously felt like throwing up. So, after they left, wherever they had walked, I took a can of air freshner and made a ANTI-stank cloud. It helped a little. But, oh my god. When they were at the register, and I was ringing their stuff up. I don't think I have rang someone up so fast, or held my breath for so long, in my entire life.
AND THEN 20 mins later, they came back. The stupid stink-whores had bought the wrong walkman. I nearly puked again. I guess they have to shop at 3am because if they went shopping during the day, people would be passing out from the smell. One of the daughters, she had on a sweater that looked like it hadn't been off her in weeks, old food stains and all.

Well, tomorrow morning I am leaving for chicago. I go straight from work, to the airport, and then me and Laura do Chicago... Broadway style! Well.. uhm... some style anyways. We'll hit the museums, Laura's old places (she used to live there) and then be back Friday and then I can work Friday night. This will be my first plane ride ever. And I am kinda bummed, I did promise Jessica should could "take my place cherry" when I flew out to visit her next month. But Laura surprised me with this trip for my brithday, and I hope jessima understands!!

Gotta run! Job interview. Send me some good mojo people! this job would be sweet if I could get it!!!

I had last night off work, which means I slept like a normal person. In a fashion... I got home from work around 8am or so, and stayed up until... 4:30pm. And by then, I was so tired I just could stay up anymore and went to bed. No big surprise, about 4am this morning I woke up and couldn't sleep anymore. I suppose 12 hours or so and my body starts to say "WTF is going on..." So I got up, Laura was up to. We drove to Safeway. She picked up breakfast, and so did I. Except, my breakfast was sushi and Hooch. Ah, breakfast of champions.

Since then it's been video games and the net. I did see Blade 2 today. It rates ok, the story was a tad better than the first but the action sequences weren't too hot. They didn't flow well, or they drug on and on. I can't say for sure if it was worth the $6 or not.

I am listening to Enya right now. Something I don't normally do, but Laura is fighting off a migraine and it's a tad lighter than my normal regiment of Linkin Park, Lauryn Hill, Cake, and Tenacious D. I might download some Enya off Kazaa now that I think about it.

And a couple pics.... hehe

Ah, another night, another psycho. Tonight it was only moderate, just a really drunk old swedish guy who was looking for a tape player with "awto rewevsesr" You're looking for what? "You know, with the tape turning ower... ::hand gestures::" So that went on for a bit before I figured out he wanted to buy a walkman with "auto-reverse" so he didn't have to pull the tape out and flip it over. Well, we don't sell those. (another 5 mins to exlpain to him) and ANYWAYS, in the process of talking/drooling he managed to get spittle flying through the air, and hittnig me. yay. drunk guy's spit on me. horray.

Strange, my mother called yesterday. Which is interesting, considering that she hasn't actually just called ME since... 6th grade? She never calls, but she always has my number. So she calls right, and guess why. Because my aunt's fucking computer was broken and they needed my help to fix it. What fucking bullshit, my mother is such a stupid bitch. She's such cliché white trash. She's dating some guy who beats her too, but won't leave him. I realized recently I am not indifferent to her, I just plain hate her. There is PLENTY of reason behind it. A tad more than I want to put on here. Enough for a whole webpage on it's own. And I can verify she does smoke crank. yay.

Enough rambling I suppose. Back to Fallout 2. Jeremy got me hooked into it again, what a sweet, complex damn game. Every skill can be of some use to you. And, funny stuff like forcing Lloyd to dig his own grave in Golgotha and the option to say to him "There are two types of people in this world Lloyd. Those with guns, and those who dig."

It's a strange feeling to order booze and not get carded. It's like... it's like I'm getting old. I suppose it's inevitable really, but it's still concerns me. Hmmm... maybe I can just tell myself that since I lost my razor and haven't shaved in a week that I just "look" older. Yeah. that's it, that's the ticket.

So, Mandy isn't going to move in after all. Seems today she got a job at a retirement home. She's starts training tomorrow. I suppose it was pretty impractical to believe she would actually leave Salem. It's where she's been all her life and she's never been anywhere else. I thought a move might help her, but she would have to help herself. i've got enoguh to worry about without trying to fix her life too.
Also, Jessica isn't going to spend the summer living in Seattle either. i was sad to hear this, I was looking forward to it. She's got other things she has to do, and hey, there are years to go still before we move into a beach house together. So, it's not such a big deal. I still plan to fly out there, and road trip back to the NW with her when she finishes this year. And we'll still hit the SCA events this summer.

I lost my shaver, as mentioned above. This really bums me out because it was a really nice electric shaver, and expensive. So I NEED to find it. Also, I am getting rather shaggy without it.

New pic of me, with my cool new sunglasses and unshaven-ness. I love this digicam. Alright, that's it from me. Man, it's amazing what 3 shots of rum can do to me. time to enjoy my drunkeness. hehe

I was reading an article in... I think it was Rolling Stone magazine. And it was an inveterview with Mr. Wood, recently seen as that Frodo guy. So the point, he was talking about using the word "cunt" and how if you use any word often enough, it looses it's punch/meaning. So they said CUNT for everything. It was hilarious, the Winebago for make-up was the "cuntebago." They even delcared while filming, that (girl who played Galadriel) as "her Cuntliness." (she was cool with it) They even had shirts made. That sounds SOOO something like me and our friends would do. And I need to see the Two Towers preview!! I am going to d/l it from Kazaa right now!!
Ok, well, I am getting a Two Towers right now... though I am dubious about if it's the right one... maybe I can check the official site also.

It annoys me how much we waste in this country. All night I look at so much wasted packaging, disposable plates and mops and single use deodorant wipes. People buy all this crap, use the 1% that the package actually held, and it all goes into a trash can and "mysteriously" dissapears on Mondays. And the worst part is that we are moving MORE to these disposeable items. I personally am going to keep using a good ol' normal mop instead of a Swiffer Mop One Use Planet Killer.

Looks like Mandy, my sis, may move in. My grandparents have dealed with her long enough, and it was simple. Mandy gets a job by April 1st or moves out. (kicked out) Well, it's April 1st and no job. So "supposedly" she is coming up today. My guess is she's spent all last night making a huge attempt to find anyone in Oregon to live with. But, since she hasn't called or anything, who knows if's she moving in today or not... Guess I'll know soemday. Soon.

Off to watch ESB

Catch you on the flip side homie,
