This page is a little bit about myself, my wife, and our lives together.

I am now 26 years old, and was born in Boise, Idaho.  I lived there most of my life.  I have also lived in Independence Missouri with my dad when I was younger.

After I graduated high school, I tried college, and after I decided that I was tired of school for a while, I joined the U.S. Marine Corps.  I spent 4 years in the Marines as a Unit Level Circuit Switch Operator/Maintainer.  Basically, I was your run of the mill telephone man, the difference was that I got to wear green all of the time and spend a lot of time in the desert.  Actually, I did get to see a lot of things that I know I normally would have never seen in my life.  I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan for a year, while there, I got Meritoriously promoted from Lance Corporal to a Corporal.  After my year in Japan, I got stationed in Camp Pendleton, California.  Where else can you live where the average temperature is 75 degrees, and you're only minutes away from the beach.  Granted, there was the bad, and that was spending about 6 months a year either in the field at Camp Pendleton, or training at 29 Palms.  I heard someone refer to 29 Palms as the world's largest ashtray, and after being there, I can seriously say that all it's missing is the world's largest cigarette butts.  I did enjoy my time in the Marine Corps, and I tip my hat to all of my fellow Devil Dogs that are defending our wonderful country for the freedoms that we have against ALL enemies foreign and domestic.  OORRAAHH!

While I was in the Marines, I met my beautiful wife Casey that I am now happily married to.  We met when I was on my way to Japan, and we kept in close contact the entire time that I was over there, and once I got back to the states, we finally had the opportunity to let things get a little more serious.  I already knew that she was the woman of my dreams, all that I had to do was show her, and show her I did.  We decided to go out one night, and I put on my Dress Blues, and she had this beautiful red dress that she spent weeks making.  When I saw her, I practically ran away because she was so beautiful!  Once I came to, we went out on the town and went to the Plaza in downtown KC.  Talk about getting some looks, you would have thought that we were the only two people on the planet (I was actually hoping that would happen).  We went to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, and by this time I already knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with this woman.  So, later on that evening, I finally got up enough nerve t ask her to marry me.  Luckily, she said yes, and the rest is history!

Update:  We are now married for going on 2 years, and we now have 2 cats and 1 dog.  We also have a Camaro that we bought this last October (2002), and we are continuing the arduous task of looking for a house to buy.

Update for 5-22-2003:  WE HAVE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!!  Yes, we finally found a house, and we move into it in June.  I will get some pictures when we get all moved in.
