The users then are stockholders and only when funds to sustain the companies run low, new shares are issued and sold again to them in order to keep their company operative. It's a new way of thinking where no profits other than free use of the system exists. ITEM 12 Dec. 22nd, 99.FLOPPY..FLOPPY..One day in early June 99 at an office supply store on 6th avenue this young man asked me "What would be a good idea for a product." So I pointed the Sony Mavica camera ($900.00) at him and said "This can be in the hundreds of millions of dollars should it be mounted on a support typical to an overhead projector including adjustable lighting affixed to or near the structure or column supporting the digital camera. Include a coin box like those on their present copiers and their in business. A few days before,I had suggested it to a competitor on Broadway, one block over, that had just opened for business. Oddly enough ,while there, I had copies of items on one of my floppy disc printed out thru their computer setup. The price...? six cents each, including tax. That's when the idea came to me for the above. A few days later at the first supply store I also made the suggestion once more to a regional manager who claimed working for Hewlett-Packard. I told him with every kid in school accessing computors as all others globally , no more the need to carry text books and with every Mom and Pop store having, like copy machines today , access for a nickel or a dime the means to photo or copy with the use of discs which are very inexpensive.This is a business that's ready to take-off.

ITEM 10 Dec. 16th 99.THE BUG causing Encephylitus or East Nile disease, Here's a thought..as to how maybe we can fight it. Some time ago I read that the TSE-TSE fly (a mosquito also?)infected many individuals,with MALARIA, who visited those countries such as Kenya etc. where those bugs thrive but do not infect the natives who thru the centuries developed immunity to them. So why can an antidote using native blood be developed as a cure and why not do the same with natives blood from Egypt etc. for the new BUGS cited at the begining of this item?

The FIRST step, (like Austria did in the 50s, see ITEM 8 below),is to lower the working hours,any overtime is tripled.When Greenspan suggests we need 7% unemployment to stop inflation, it's time Washington DC heeds Pres.Jefferson suggestion to make the Federal Reserve(a private org.)a Gov't agency.Instead of accepting Alan's unemployment idea ,bust the monopolies and thus bring on more competition...that'll stop any inflation. SECOND,stop cheap labor immigration,and instead,have the wealthy nations provide those undeveloped countries the know-how and the tools to help their economies grow. Hopefully the poorer nations will require a new ruling on minimum foreign wage paid by outside companies to their citizens there (see OEPW, ITEM 5 below) THIRD,Instead of a World Trade Organization, a scam for the greedy to acquire more power, set a 50% trade differential tariff on all over-exporting developed countries... Ex:Japan exports $40 billion to Canada, and Canada only $30 billion to Japan the same year. The difference is $10 billion and therefore Japan returns 50% on that difference or $.5 billion. A method of discouraging, thru an incentive, unneccesary surplus trade. Meanwhile with poorer countries, That percentage could be even decreased temporarily down to zero if need be till they begin to grow.All countries then could enjoy full employment.FOURTH,It's about taxes. Forbes wants all to pay 18% straight tax. Out of $5000. income I then net only $4100. hmmm...With his $50 million income last year he would net $41 million.What is he?...a pig? FIFTH, Here's a better idea. Let's do away with an income tax mindset and substitute it with a wealth tax only, where anything exceeding $5 million (thru an escalating 'worth' tax, would automatically absorb anything above it back into Uncle Sam's coffers. After all, it is He that permitted them that opportunity to succeed.You can still spend it all each year and regain a new $5 million each year. Or one can sit on that money and go fishing if they don't want to help others make it too. ITEM 8.Dec.3rd 99.THE(so-called)HOMELESS It is not'they',it is 'we' that have taken away their shelter by permitting selfish and greedy people pursue their lives without providing as our FOREFATHERS intended the pursuit of happiness for all.The cop-out is "They don't wanna work" ...or whatever...A cheap excuse!! Several years back in the Fifties, I was in Austria, I asked a local officer in Vienna ""With the poverty here in Europe,how come here in your country I don't find anyone in rags ,begging or sleeping in the streets? The simple answer was: "Well we've lowered the number of hours one can work so that every one has a job and money in their pockets and thus shelter ,food ,clothing and a sense of pride for all. Several years later every one was working full time. It's the inability here for many,once unemployed,to locate work. Some are by nature timid or uncertain and need an easy access to a new job(I.E.help) and preferably one they'll enjoy. Usually they wait for one that never comes which then leads to despair and drugs, then crime etc. To volunteer to serve them a turkey dinner on Thanksgiving or provide handouts is no solution.

ITEM 7. Nov.27th 99. A GLOBAL(SOLAR)ENERGY SYSTEM. If all the countries of the world agree we can have it all free once the system is installed. Only the initial expenditure paid proportionally by each country's consumption need would be required to set up solar panel arrays in most arid locations of the world permitting the sun to constantly produce power for the entire planet.Those specific plots regardless of where they are located are purchased by this global corporation (owned by all countries like the oceans,Antarctica the moon and the stars) including purchase of the 'right of ways'for 'super-conductor' power cables lines(see 'index10.html' below and click it.)Like the other global systems shown ...in the other 'index pages', global corporations will need be established through the U.N. and World court with shares allotted and purchased by each with cash,or labor,know-how, material,etc. They then become non-profit and self sustaining entities with reissued stock for further expansion and thus keeping the greedy 'fat cats' out of it. The Con-Edison Corporation ,in close proximity to the U.N.,could ,I'm sure,play a significant consulting role to determine the initial needs,components, planning to also bring in other major energy companies to obtain the optimum direction for a successful endeavour.Times are a-changing and new and better ways should not be hindered or stopped in the name of 'greed'.Just think :A cheap inert system with energy in abundance and forever.Each country owning their necessary share of the pie, could then within their borders have independant providers who, may presently exist,now permit a much lower monthly or annual payment due to the fact that the energy is free.The low maintenance of that inert system can be, with the cost of any expansions in the future be financed by the issueance of more stocks...still proportional of each one's consumption then. Something similar is offered in the 'Global communication system' where the use of it is also free with all being shareholders and then, no more monthly charge fees.It's also shown in this web page (click on 'index6.html' below). ITEM 6. Nov.21st 99.The "BATTLESHIP NEW JERSEY" Here's a good location to put it where the most people can have access to it not only for a memorial landmark but also a recreational and sightseeing location. Within one year billions of vehicles pass that area specially thru the summer and vacation period. It's right on the Raritan bay between South Amboy and Perth Amboy between also the Victory bridge and the Raritan and Garden State Parkway bridges.For the few million dollars to dredge the river and temporarily remove one or two railroad span to let the ship thru, it would be well worth the revenue and pleasure the public could benefit from it. Restaurants ,bars, souvenir shops a terrific view etc. Near Jersey City to much exists to attract the visitors elsewhere instead such as Manhattan,the Statue of Liberty etc. Trenton, on the Delaware would not draw that many visitors in comparison. Tell Gov. Whitman of New Jersey to look up this article. Also many other ideas can be available if she's interested.

ITEM 5. Nov.20th 99 A NEW "OPEC"...! but this has nothing to do with oil. Before its existence a barrel of oil sold for $2.50 ...no more. What the countries of the third world should do is copy that concept for the use of their labor by foreign developed nation corporations. I.E. Whatever a worker is paid in the developed country ,no less than 80% that wage goes to their people in that country. As one can see now greedy corporations shut entire plants in developed countries and move to,let's say, Mexico or North Korea and pay the workers $0.47 an hour there instead of $12.00 here for the same work then selling their 'sneakers'to us for $127.50 as they did before. With this new "OPEC" the foreign workers getting that type of wage (80%ours)have temporarily became tycoons vis-a-vis their people ,thus permitting them to spend that money there creating new jobs and more demand and like Japan and many others push themselves forward and on their own rather than at present fatten up an elite who maintain slave labor wages there while sapping those countries and transfering their payola fortunes to prosperous ones. Greedy mentalities still think like those of past generations but instead of old methods of plantation or colonization, the're exploiting the poorer nations with pennies, Mickey Mouse, and hype.So "Undeveloped countries of the world,UNITE".Call it,Organization for Equally Paid Wages. "OEPW" That's your new OPEC.Eventually the absence of cheap labor would break down the concentration of wealth ,and thus breaking up the Power Elite with their notions of eventual total global control.

ITEM 4. Nov.19th 99 Air disaster flight and voice recorders should probably be packaged together on one tape, thus permitting for sure synchronization. If the ones from Egyptair were not running at the same speed during flight or for that matter in the recent investigation , it could be assumed that the pilot's voice was mistakenly seen as being giving us the wrong impression as to when he spoke. In old movies the same delays occurred until the sound track and film were put together on the same strip of film. Also why not duplicate that recording in a second box where both can be ejected before impact in unusual circomstances, with a chute deployment and buoyancy means.They can then transmit a beeper signal for reclaiming them.Why not also have cameras in the passenger,cargo, pilot compartments using fiber optics, RF, MRI, or ultrasonic imaging similar to that used in viewing babies in the womb.That also could be on the recorders. Also even over the oceans buoys equiped to sense any threat to aircraft and ships in that vincinity that are the target of mad men. Whenever anything nears it, a motorized winch on board the buoy winds it down below the surface and keeps it there until the 'snoops' have left.(When Russia was our enemy I suggested to our Gov't if war broke out to saturate the oceans with a similar concept to detect and wipe out all their subs in minutes). Nov.15th 99 'SHLALOM'...A new way of skating?...Almost a decade ago when roller blading in the streets of N.Y.C.was the new 'in thing',and ,watching a 'blader' approach the corner of 5th and 42nd, a thought came to mind. I approached the guy and suggested trying doing what most skiers can do on snow. I.E. The 'slalom'..a word coined in the Alps way back.The guy looks at me and says "naaw" it won't work. Well Guess what? I took up blading 3 years ago and I can do it non-stop on level ground with both feet together and indefinitely.Having been a skier for years my hunch was right. One time riding a long shallow run with other skiers propelling themselves with ski poles I took the initiative to try with substantial pressure exert force to one side while rotating the upper part of the body to the other.It worked eventually without the advantage of gravity used in a steeper slope.(cont)

ITEM 2. Nov.13th,99. Trump's idea of taxing the rich is a good one.Someone must of shown him one of my articles in 'the street rag' of several years ago. But those ideas go way beyond that. I'll elaborate also on 'prime time' live, on that later when Hillary decides to run for (2000) President. her husband Bill can be her V.P. and I,her "Right hand man". I also mentioned saving the west side highway for some future needs to permit N.Y.C. to benefit the next generations not only here but globally. Building high rise buildings in the city will no longer be the "in thing" as transportation (See web page 3 and 4) in the near future will permit us without traffic jams to move about to and from work or visit and travel hundreds of miles in minutes and thus no longer needing the concentrations of populations as we see today right here.To be demonstrated to the public also on 'prime time' live. Regardless of 'wall street's objection(I'll sue) Some day soon it'll be 'The Street Rag.com.' title on the Net.Some asses are trying to pull a fast one.For almost a decade now 'the street rag' was presenting to the public in N.Y.C. new concepts ,ideas, innovations, etc. including a global transportation system network for magnetically propelling privately owned passenger vehicles (and cargo containers)See page4. It's a $300 trillion dollar future possibility,also a global standardized electric car battery station exchange system (see page 3. a $30 trillion dollar possibility)with adaptibility in the previously mentioned network. Other ideas, once installed, would provide all the people of this planet free energy and free communications ,aside from the costs of the upkeep, which would be minimal. It entails a whole new way of thinking which the greedy selfish ego-centrics can't understand yet . But they will...,eventually. Nov.6th 99, The latest 'fast one' is a sign hung up in sept 99 in front of the Port of Authority bus terminal where I always get off and was facing us with huge printed letters as follows.."THE WALL look,no one's gonna know there not your ideas STREET JOURNAL".... It was removed just a few days ago nov.4th I believe. Nowhere in the tristate area was this shown elsewhere to my knowledge although some other garbage in the same format was on buses and in the newspapers..their way out presumably.They may claim it does not refer to the ideas in 'the street rag' of course, once challenged, but let them show us,including me whose ideas they're referring to and who they belong to. When 'they' are ready to show us, I am ready also to take 'em on.I'll show 'em even bigger and better ones on "prime time" live, and without prompters, interviewers, or the like.
