The Bajuni Islands are the beginning of a reef
That stretches from the Equator down the East coast of Africa.
Being almost on the Equator the climate is extremely harsh.
The coastline is barren with few trees.
Apart from two which are surrounded by mangroves
The 125km long chain of islands are sparsely vegetated and mostly uninhabited.
The coral reef grows in patches mainly on the outside of the islands.
Lobster and fish in enormous quantities and sizes
Magnificent Diving but No Facilities.
The Danger factor Is on land Not in the Water.
Only for the Brave or Stupid!!
