GC Animal Actors does not exert control over any of the animals or handlers provided for hire and is not liable either for their opinions or their behaviour including any information and/or advice and any defamatory statements or offensive conduct. GC Animal Actors reserves the right to discontinue supply without providing replacement, refund or reason. Animals for Hire All handlers/guardians of animals are to have the necessary permits or authorisation to be in posession of the animal and agrees that all damages/losses incurred by animal or handler either on-site or travelling to and from the site are the responsibility of the handler/guardian and GC Animal Actors or its Affiliates will not be held liable for any such costs or claims in relation to injuries or damages/losses. GC Animal Actors will promote your animal but, due to the nature of the industry, cannot guarantee work. Animals registered with GC Animal Actors will have preference of promotion and will be given first option of any offers for work. Any handlers/guardian accepting work from GC Animal Actors does so at his/her own risk and agrees to pay GC Animal Actors the current registration fee (if not already registered) and agrees that, unless otherwise authorised, GC Animal Actors retains 30% of all earnings after registration fees have been obtained. GC Animal Actors reserves the right to discontinue registration or terminate hiring without reason or payment for services provided. While all care is taken in providing the right animal for the job, GC Animal Actors does not take any responsibility for any misrepresentations or lack of performance by handlers/guardians or their animals.
