Will of David J. Bosely Grant County Records Book 1, Page 286, Grant Co., Petersburg, WV I David J. Bosely of the county of Grant the state of West Virginia being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, recognizing the uncertainty of human life, do make, publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. First: I desire that all my just and lawful debts and funeral expensed shall be first paid out of my personal estate, if that be sufficient. Second: I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Lydia A. Bosely, one-third of all my estate for and during her life. Third: To my son Newton Grant Bosely, I give devise and bequeath the sum of one dollar. Forth: The residue of my estate real personal and mixed whatsoever character and wheresoever situate including the reversions of my widows share I give, devise and bequeath to my daughters Mary M. Lyons, wife of Emanual Lyons, Emily C, Aronhalt wife of Mc Aronhalt, and my son Alkire Ellsworth Bosely, to be divided equally between them, share and share alike. Lastly, I nominate and appoint my son Alkire Ellsworth Bosely to be the executor of this my last will . Witness my hand and seal this 23 rd day of February 1900 David J.
