Will of David Roberts Book 1 pages 224-225 I David Roberts, of the County of Grant and the State of West Virginia, do make this my last Will and Testament: 1st I will that my property, real and personal be sold by my executors, and that the money be divided as herein stated. 2nd I will to Isaac Martin the sun of Fifty dollars. 3rd I will to Ann Rebecca Lane the sum of Fifty dollars. 4th I will that the balance of the money be divided into four equal shares and that my son, Moses Roberts shall have one share. 5th I will that my son Jeremiah Roberts shall have one share. 6th I will that the heirs of my son Pearson Roberts shall have one share when they become of age but said Pearson Roberts is to have the interest of said share, until said heirs are twenty one years old. 7th I will that the heirs of my daughter, Amy Welch shall have one share when they become twenty- one years old. But said Amy Welch is to have the interest of said share until said heirs are twenty- one years old. 8th I hereby appoint my friends, Z.T. Martin and Isaac Martin, my executors, to carry out the provisions of this my will.
