I, Edward L Burgess, of Streby, Grant County, West Virginia, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me, and direct the payment of just debts.
  First:  I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
  Second:  I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Maude E Sites, all of my property real, personal and mixed, of every kind and character, subject only to the payment of my debts and funeral expenses above provided.
   Third:  I appoint my said daughter, Maude E Sites, Executrix, of this my last will and testament, and request that she be allowed to qualify and administer my estate without giving bond.
          Witness my signature this the 9 day of Auguse 1922.
