State of WV, Grant County

To all who this writing may concern, In the name of God amen, amen.
It is my last will and desire that my estate and property, be at the time of my death disposed of as follows,

I give my home place to my five children namely, Mary S , now Mary S Sites, Phoebe C Mongold, Sarah E Mongold, David C Mongold and Moranda A , now Moranda A Crites, to be equally divided and to have and to hold forever and the share wich the buildings in wich I now reside be on, be assigned to my daughter, Mary S now Mary S Sites.  And I give my upper place being part of the Philip place, to my three daughters namely, Mary S, now Mary S Sites, Phoebe C Mongold, Sarah E Mongold, to have and to hold forever,  And I further request if any of my five named children mentioned wish to dispose of thare intrust in the lands given to them by me, that they sell each other and not to eny other party's, And I give all my personal property and bonds, except my farming utensils, one iron gray colt, and one red nect cow, to my three daughters, namely Mary S, now Mary S Sites, Phoebe C Mongold, and Sarah E Mongold and these three said daughters is to pay all my first debts and expences, except my doctor bills wich my five named children is to pay a equal portion, And I give all my farming utensills to my tow grandsons namely, Harvey Sites and Edward Sites, and I give my iron gray colt to my grandson, Harvey Sites, And my three daughters namely, Mary S, now Mary S Sites, Phoebe C Mongold, and Sarah E Mongold, is to pay to my grand-daughter Alisha/Wisha?? Getz-twenty five dollars within three years from my death, and is further my request that none of my five named children clame eny compensation for services rendered in my life time, or give any acount for eny profitts received in my life time, And this I acknowledge to be my last will and testament, signed sealed and acknowledged in the presence of these witnesses, whare of I set my hand and seal, this 14th dau of June 1880.
