| Will of Isaac Devalt I, Isaac Devalt, do make this my last will and testament, this 13 of May 1889. 1st that my funeral expenses shall be paid. 2nd I will and bequeath all my property, money and bounds to Phebe my wife, her lifetime. 3rd. After we, I and my wife are dead, Archibald Roberts and his wife shall have all our property money or bonds, that we do not sue while we live for taking cared of us in our old age.
