November 26, 1999 Ann Bond Smith has transcribed the following text. The transcribed document is the will of Jesse Judy as found in the Grant County, West Virginia Courthouse located in Petersburg, West Virginia. It is not the original document but the official copy of record. The transcription was made from the microfilmed copy found in the West Virginia State Archives located in the Cultural Center Building at the State Capitol Complex in Charleston, West Virginia. No guarantees are made as to the absolute accuracy of the wording as the copy is very hard to read. The spelling and punctuation are, as they appear to be in the copy.
