I, Joseph F. Scott, M.D. of Medley, Grant County, West Virginia, being of sound mind and body do make this my last will and testament.
I give, devise and bequeath all my property real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever unto my wife Lena D. Scott to have and to hold as her own after my just debts have been paid. I also appoint my said wife executrix of this my Will.
In witness whereof I, the said Joseph F. Scott, M. D. have hereunto set my hand and seal this 5th day of January 1905

In the Clerk’s office of the County Court of Grant County, West Virginia--- January 2, 1912, in the recess of said court.
This day the Last Will and Testament of Joseph F. Scott, deceased, was duly proven according to law, by the oaths of Lena D. Scott and A. C. Taylor, and was thereupon admitted to record.
