Will of William George Bk 1 page 249-50 I, William George being in my right mind, do make this my last will and testament this the 9th day of August 1898, in which I revoke all others. 1st: I will to Elizabeth Martin, my daughter the second land note for $350.00 due March the first 1901. 2nd: I will to N. Marion Martin, my daughter the first land note for $250.00 due March the first 1900. 3rd: I will to Maria T. George, my daughter the third land note for $350.00 due March the first 1902. 4th: I will to Aaron George, my son the fourth note for $450.00 due March the first 1903 William George Grant County Court Clerk’s Office June 9th 1899 The foregoing writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Wm. George late of the County deceased was this day offered for probate and there being no subscribing witnesses to said will, T. Ezra George and D. W. Billmyer were sworn and severally deposed that they are well acquainted with the handwriting of the said Wm George deceased, and verily believe that the said will and the signature thereto subscribed are whole in the hand writing of the said Wm.
