| At every meeting, GCTC members bring in their finds from the previous month for the club's show and tell table. Forms are filled out listing the various finds. Points are awarded by the Hunt Master based on the show and tell worksheets and monthly best finds. A secret tally is kept from January to November. At the holiday party in December, the top hunters are recognized. For the first time the top Snowbird Hunter and top Female Hunter were given trophies. Honorable mention ribbons were given to six members. Second, third and fourth place winners received a trophy and club hat. The winner received a plaque donated by Kellyco in addition to club hat. A club trophy on display at every meeting has listed every club Treasure Hunter of the Year since 1990. |
