 Why You Should Join GCVOA? The Greater Cleveland-Volgograd Oblast Alliance provides a means of organizing community interest and efforts for cultural exchanges targeted to specific projects, which include financial and technical assistance to the Volgogograd Regional Perinatal Center and the Volgograd Free Speech Forum. Development of a democratic tradition and social safety net is a long-term project. Your membership coupled with your annual contribution will assure that the projects of GCVOA will continue and grow for as long as they are needed. Benefits of Membership As a member, you are entitled to receive our periodic newsletter, which will update you on our various projects and upcoming events, and provide information on our Russian visitors and their schedules. You are eligible for selection to serve on project task forces, and to vote for or be elected to the Board of Trustees of GCVOA. You are entitled to designate which projects you wish to support. No matter what form of membership you select or how active you want to become, you will be a part of this important effort between the Cleveland and the Volgograd Oblast Regions. If you itemize your deductions on your federal income tax return, both the basic membership dues and any supplemental contribution are fully deductible as charitable contributions. Annual Membership Fees Individual Membership: $25. Family Membership: $40. Not-for Profit Organization Membership: $100. Corporate Membership: $250. Annual Supporting Contribution Members are also encouraged to make an additional tax-deductible contribution to support GCVOA projects.
