Dave's DEVO-palooza experience

Back in July 1997, I had the opportunity to do something that I've been waiting to do since I was 7 years old in 1982: go to a Devo concert. This came true at two shows they did at Lollapalooza '97, or as I like to call it, DEVO-palooza'97. I saw them in Cleveland on July 18 and in Pittsburgh on July 19. These shows were simply amazing. I was in awe the whole time. Here are some of my photos from the Pittsburgh show:

Pictured below (left to right) are Gerald V. Casale and Mark Mothersbaugh:

Pictured below is the classic grouping that the 4 non-drumstick-wielding Devo group members (Mark Mothersbaugh in front, Gerald V. Casale to Mark's right, Bob 1 to Mark's left, and Bob 2 in back of Mark (but in this photo, you can't see him unfortunately)) taken near the end of "Uncontrollable Urge.":

Pictured below is a great photo of Bob Mothersbaugh (a.k.a. Bob 1) taken during one of his classic spazztic (sp?) "Smart Patrol/Mr. DNA" solos.
