Body Smarts
In this section, I will be explaining the values of body smarts. We will explain what they are used for, how they are good, what we do with them and more valuable information about it.
When we look at athletes, we think of them as the most active people in the world who use their body smarts the most. That might be true, but in some ways they might not be too body smart. There are basically two types of body smarts. There is the type which involves the controlling of large movements (i.e. running, jumping, throwing etc.) and then there is the less thought about, the controlling of small and fine movements. Yes, body smarts aren't just used in sports, but they apply to art, writing, repairing and other small movements. Now do you have a different point of view about body smarts? But then again, body smarts are used in both small and large and both of them are equally important.
Different ways people use their body smarts each day are by:
Excercising
Writing
Walking
Playing in active ways (i.e. soccer, baseball with friends)

All of these hobbies/neccesities requires body smarts because you use your muscles to control these movements properly.
Some jobs that require body smarts are not neccessarily being an athlete, but others as well. Some examples of these are: Construction worker, athlete, swimming guard, fine printer,  engineer, etc. Most of these require things like strength, speed and being precise.
