People smarts (unless you are locked up in an old castle or something of the sort) are used everyday in your life. You can't help but talk to at least one person in the world every day, whether it be face to face, by telephone or E-mail. Being people smart means that you can easily communicate with others, you can associate with them (work, play etc.) and you have a social life of some sort.
People who have no people smarts (explained in self smarts) and people with no self smarts have a big problem. For the people with all people smarts, they just are a bord that leans on everyone in the world and they have to support it. Those people do not know how to work by themselves and they need constant help from someone else. For example: You are in a school and you have a huge project on the second week of school, but thwe only problem is that you have to do it yourself, with no help from everyone else. What do you do if you have no self smarts?
Well, you can't really do anything because you will be yearning for a partner so mnuch that you will fail the project!
If you had self smarts though, you could ace that as well as anyone else in the class.
If you want to know which jobs need people smarts, it is kind of hard to list them all, because all jobs require them, yes, every single one (unless you are a couch potato who works for nobody) because you always will have to associate with: clients, co-workers etc. |
