Cakes - The flagship product family of Ansa Foods...

Ansa Cakes have done what all of us here would long to do... Travel to the ends of the earth (but NOT get eaten, of course). Ansa cakes have been requested for by people traveling far and wide... as gifts to people... just to bring them the experience of homemade food.

Ansa Cakes have found their way to the USA, Canada, Britain, Singapore, Kuwait, Dubai, France,  Tanzania and in India Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune & Kerala. 

    
Cakes in a variety shapes, sizes and flavours. Normally cakes are prepared with eggs, but egg less cakes are made on request.

Appam - Steamed Rice Pancake. Featured here is Vattaippam - Rice, Coconut & Sugar Pasted and Fermented with Yeast or Toddy.
Other types of appam include Velappam (Palappam) and Idiappam

Cutlets - Beef, Mutton, Chicken, Fish, & Vegetarian Cutlets

Kerala Meals  

 
Meal Dishes (Kerala Cuisine) can also be prepared for groups of upto 100 people. A picture of dinner in Onam is illustrative of the delicacies of Kerala, whose cuisine is quite distinct and different from other traditional Indian cuisine. Delicacies include Kerala Stew (Boneless Chicken, Mutton or Vegetable prepared in Coconut Milk), Vegetable Korma, Chicken Curry, Fish Curry, Chicken & Fish Fry.

Pickles - Hot & Spicy Kerala Style - Mango, Lemon, Beef, Prawn form excellent accompaniments to mealtimes.

After any Kerala Meal, Payasam (a sweet dish) with varying preparation based on ingredients. Sevai Payasam is a sweet based in milk and sugar with dry fruits, and Vermicelli. Parip Payasam is prepared with lentils and sweetened with jaggery.
