Words spoken tenderly,
Moments spent quietly
Drinking in the balm
Of your presence.

Tenderly -- 
Gazing into blue indigo,
Seeing inner glow
Of two spirits 
Ethereal in one.

Lovingly --
Holding gentle hands,
Sunbeam interludes.
Brushing ruby lips,
Soft, tender feelings.

Slowly,
Love blooms like rose buds
Without any thorns,
Leisurely opening petals
Of tender, soft emotions.
