Sabrina's "Wishes"
© 1997-2004 Sabrina
When a life has grown dim,
it needs an extra spark.

I lost my spark, it wanted to leave
never to return again.

And when it's gone,
the life want's to be alone.

When my spark was lost,
there was no one there with a light,

To light my life,
and to make it bright again.

But then someone lit a match,
and brought it close to me.

My blue eyes say love me or I die.
The sun rises and sets in your eyes.

My life will not continue if you want to leave,
and the death shall be deplorable.

I want a love that's forever,
not a love that will slip away.

Will you bring happiness into my life,
or will you slice my heart like a knife.

As long as you try to light my spark,
I know that you'll succeed.

But I'll wish for you to stay,
and wishes are the true foundation of love.
