I found a crank key way fix while doing a google search on "crank key"
Loctite 660 keyway fix
my pulley was junked when the crank bolt back out and the crank key
was
lost while driving...it also marred the crank snout
you can hardly tell this old pulley even had a key way...
I odered a
underdrive crank pulley from Summit and I got ready to do the job
I got all the stuff i needed for the job (Djarum Blacks, diet bigK cola, my phone, my haynes manual, new woodroof key, permatex, under drive pulley, a shorter alternator belt, loctite 242 & 660, a new water pump, a set of metrinch tools, and a hammer)

here you can see the broken key way i am
attempting to repair.
timing belt walked while driving it with out
the bottom pulley

I decided to change the water pump too...

i threw some loctite 660 "quick metal" on the key way there slapped in a new woodroof key
and i used loctite 242 on the crank bolt to help hold it in there... here you can see the new pulley in place and torqued to spec.

Also is this the stock D15B7 intake manifold?
