Our 1913 Wyoming Bungalow
We purchased our 1913 house in October 2003. There is a lot of work to do to turn this little house into our dream home.
Here is a list of things we will be
working on:
- Level and upgrade the foundation and flooring
- Replace asphalt roofing with red metal roofing and strengthen rafters
- Put in a new breaker box
- Rewire the knob and tubing in the attic and the old wiring under the house
- Add new outlet boxes and outlets
- Replace the old wiring in the garage and out buildings
- Add insulation in attic and under floor
- Regrout and insulate around all the windows
- Strip, sand and repaint the outside of house
- Refinish hardwood floors
- Complete remodel for the the kitchen and bathroom
- Repaint and reroof the outbuildings
