Most people don't realize that the pH in your body can easily be changed by the foods you eat. If you want to become more alkaline which is favorable when ttc boy then try eating more foods from the alkaline list. And if you are ttc girl and would like to become more acidic then simply eat more foods from the acidic list below.  *This is not the gender diet!*
