Coming soon: Becker Co., MN. Cemetery
Records In 1989, all our families got
together in Frazee, MN. for the first Sansburn/Blaisdell Reunion. We were in MN.
for about a week and a half. While there, various family members took me around
to all the cemetries so I would learn who from the family was buried where. The
following records are from that trip to MN. I wrote down all the information I
could from each cemetery as I did not know how soon I would get back there
again.
I took photos of the cemetery entrances
and of all the family headstones we could find. At Lakeside Cemetery, family
members had been literally walking across 3 grave sites that they did not know
were family. A cousin turned to me and said this was a Civil War headstone and I
said I had the information on that person as his daughters grave was just feet
away and they put flowers on her grave every year. The grave they were walking
across was my 2nd grt grandfathers and they never knew, yet they were the ones
that put flowers on the graves.
