The Autobiography of Hammad A

Everything about me...well at least more than you ever wanted to know.

Full Name: Hammad Rehman Amjad (I have gone through many traumatic years of having my name mispronounced during school years.  It's tough on the first day of school when you are trying to be cool and the teacher makes you repeat your name ten times only to garble it up anyway especially when you are the first alphabetically!)  Height: 6'0" Eyes: Dark Freakin' Brown Hair:  Black Sex: Please look to the picture provided on the left. Birthday: Please look to the picture at the left...just kidding!  May 10, 1982 Hometown: Well I was born in Philly but  now I live in a nice suburb outside the city. Family: Mom, Dad, and two sisters.  I would be the middle child...In the words of Omara, "Daddy's a dentist.  Mommy's a...mommy."  Older sister, Hajira, is in dental school, and younger sis, Halima, is an international relations major in undergrad.  Parents are from Pakistan but my siblings and I are American born.  More Family: I have some cousins who are so close to my family that I will mention them too!  My Uncle, Aunt, and their three boys, Haroon, Hassan, and Haseeb.  AKA Boony, Burns or Chan, and Tubby or Pepper Cheese (pronounced Peppa cheege), respectively.

What I do*: I am a junior at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Metropolitan Campus.  I am majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.  I am the Vice President of the Islamic Society of FDU, SGA Junior Class Representative, Vice President of the Dental Club, and the Vice President of the Tri-Beta Biological Honors Society at FDU.  I am in the accelerated dental program and I am planning to go into dentistry like many members of my family including my dad and sister.  (There are more dentists in the family besides just them...must be in the genes?) Favorite Book:  Leadership Without Easy Answers:-).  Let me think...well I can't pick any particular book but there are books that have changed the way I think.  Brave New World, Muhammad by Martin Lings, The Road to Mecca, The Killer Angels...there are more but this is enough for now.  Oh wait!  One more...The Autobiography of Malcolm X...an awesome book! Music: Guster. Guster. Guster.  Oops I accidentally copied and pasted too much from Omara's site.  (Is that too obvious of a plug for her site?) And does anyone have a clue who Guster is?  Never heard of them. Hobbies/Sports: Well I am obsessed with football, I love basketball, and I enjoy hockey and baseball.  My favorite teams are the Eagles, Sixers, Flyers, and Phillies.  Hopefully it is clear that I am a die-hard Philadelphia fan!  As far as other hobbies go, I enjoy drawing, cooking, playing pool (is that a sport?), table tennis (again, is that a sport?), reading, and PS2 (kind of a sport...sorta).  You guessed it...I love Madden football. Even More Family: Since this is supposed to provide you with more information than you ever wanted to know I figured I would mention that I have 39 first cousins and countless second cousins.  At times I forget their names.  Oops.  At least I don't garble up their names, right?  Well, if I too the time to list the entire family it would take the entire 14 MB or whatever it is the geocities limits us to.  Color: I like green and white.  Interestingly enough, they also happen to be the colors of the Philadelphia Eagles. * technically I am done undergrad now and starting dental school in Fall
